I had a tummy tuck so upset with the outcome. I have dog years on both my hips. He did the bottom half my stomach so tight and the top half is loose. Can’t wear a pair of blue jeans without them rolling over looks awful.

I also had a breast reduction done by him, a few years ago. He was very attentive and friendly. My breasts were unbelievably huge, prior to surgery (lol). He was honest, in my opinion about everything and you are told & as well as have it in paperwork, there may be flaws in final appearance. I would say I loved them initially. I do agree with one reviewer who said her nipples were placed too high, because mines were as well, I thought. However, I was told after consulting online with a different surgeon, they can appear that way after they start their more "natural" appearance well after surgery and it's not necessarily caused by the Dr. Placing them high. I was also told it's a simple procedure to correct, but don't want to have it done just yet. So while they don't look like I imagined after a few years, I do thank Dr. Perofsky for his time and work. The extra weight off my chest was a great relief. I absolutely MUST also mention, how much I agree with the reviewer, who mentioned the unfriendly, unwelcoming demeanor, and unprofessionalism of his office staff. In both Macon and Warner Robins location. If were not for the kind and friendly welcome from Dr. Perofsky, and his nurse I saw frequently, no doubt would I have found another surgeon. I also mentioned this in one of the "Visit Feedback" surveys that was sent to me. It tells alot about a person's true character to be that rude and uncaring to people. I could only imagine how unhappy and miserable their personal lives must be. Kindness is free & courtesy doesn't hurt anyone to have!

I agree with the latest review from Tana he did my breast 3 1/2 years ago, and I do not like them. I came to him for a breast reduction, and one breast is bigger than the other. They are shaped in a way now that I don't like. After the surgery, my breast did look nice and was plumped and lifted nice, but now they have changed. I will be getting another surgery but by a different surgeon.He is a nice man but I don't like his work.

In 2014 I needed an umbilical hernia repair. Dr Perofsky said he could do it and I asked him if he could do a abdominal lipo at the same time and he said yes. The results were terrible. My stomach was bumpy and I was embarrassed to let my stomach show. I spent 8 years unhappy with my body until I finally found another surgeon who said he could do a lipo repair, and he did, and I had to undergo the entire surgical procedure again, cost and all. I wish I had never asked Dr Perofsky for that abdominal lipo.

This is a terrible place oh my goodness the staff the lady that pick up the front desk is so rude nasty and ugly no one ever in life go there I will be reporting this place.

My wife had a surgery done by this man. He came highly recommended but did not meet our expectations. We are currently looking for someone to correct his mistakes. Be careful!!!

Dr Perofsky was very knowledgeable and professional during pre-op and surgery. I highly recommend him for any surgical needs.

Office staff was very friendly and encouraging. Dr. Perofsky is very professional and makes you feel at ease and comfortable at every visit. My surgery was very satisfactory, and healing has been awesome. I went directly by his instructions before and after hand. Have not had any problems or complications at all. My breast aren't aligned correctly and stitch job really bad

I think someone else said it best, “don’t trust this doctor to remove a splinter”. I don’t regret the breast reduction procedure since it alleviated neck and back pain. However, I wish I had used a different surgeon. The procedure left me odd shaped, uneven, and with hard knotty adhesions that are painful and may never go away. I love Dr. Perofsky! If you can make him chuckle during your appt. consider that a win! Had my first surgery with him over a decade ago and when I went to him for a surgery a few weeks ago, he remembered me, and that means a lot to me.

I saw him 20 years ago for a breast reduction and he fudged my left boob. I figured maybe 20 years of practicing would make him better and there are only so many surgeons in my area. So he gave me a panniculectomy and left me with "dog ears" and his staff is rude as hell.

Though I did research prior, my education about this doctor came too late - after my breast reduction. I should have followed my instincts about the experience I had with the office staff who were rude and seemed down right racist at times. (Someone should inform them you can see and hear through the mirrored window at the desk.) I’m glad that I had the procedure done since it has alleviated back pain, but wish I used a different surgeon. I don’t think any woman wants to publicly post they don’t like their body, but I wish someone had warned me. Now that I’ve healed my fears are confirmed, my breasts look like they have been mutilated. The stich-job looks like it was done with a hacksaw and has left many hard-knotty adhesions that may never go away, and are painful. Nipples are misplaced and my breast have an odd shape to them. I learned through the Emergency room that this doctor’s handywork frequents the ER often. Bedside manner can be overlooked, (even Dr. Perofsky using “
