Great folks. They are professional and friendly and really take good care of each person. I felt very comfortable there.

Almost no wait time, very thorough and set up a treatment plan that makes sense and works with my schedule.

Dr. Gogel is highly professional, very responsive, and has an exceptional patient/doctor relationship.

Wonderful experience. The receptionist was very friendly. I did not wait more than 10 minutes before a nurse checked me in. She was thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Gogel listened to my concerns, developed a sensible plan of action, took the time to explain everything to me, and answered all my questions.

The staff and Dr. Gogel were great. It was my first time and they eased all my nerves.

Saw DR Gogel for a colonoscopy. The whole process of scheduling, receipt of prep package and its instructions was easy and clear to follow. Exam day was well conducted by the office staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, and DR Gogel. DR Gogel saw me after the procedure and reviewed the results with me. All in all, great team...very professional.

Dr. Gogel and his staff was one of the nicest places I have ever been, after the last few years medical kindness has been nonexistent lately, Dr. Gogels rein stilled that faith for me, as a man going in for this type of procedure was very difficult to me and for me. He and his staff was amazing I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of them. My nurse I really wish I got her name, shorter women dirty blonde with a ponytail, she was nice reassuring, helpful just an amazing professional. Please whatever you are training whoever is leading this staff pay them double because they deserve every penny. Thank you ALL for making my uncomfortable visit tolerable.

Dr. Gogel has an excellent bedside manner. Very thorough explaining the procedure prior to my colonoscopy and the results after the procedure was completed. In addition, the entire staff that I interacted with were very kind and professional.

It was quick and friendly.

Dr. Gogel explained everything regarding my results patiently to me, and made sure I understood. He answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed, I did feel heard.

Dr. Gogel reviewed my records, asked follow up questions, and gave me plenty of time to answer questions and answered those that I asked. He was focused and engaged.

Very good bedside care, he gave me my results in a no-nonsense, clear explanation that I appreciate.

Dr. Gogel was attentive to what I had to say about my current health condition and asked questions that focused on what could be done. Thankfully his conclusion was what I wanted to hear. By the end of the day I hope to be feeling much better, physically.

Dr. Gogel is efficient while thorough, friendly, and direct. I am very grateful to be under his care. I only wish it had not taken so long to be admitted to his practice; not a fault of his practice, but of the overall healthcare situation in NM.

My experience was top notch! It was easy to make an appointment, my appointment was met on time, the procedure went as I expected, the staff and Dr. Gogel at the facility were very friendly and competent. In the future this will be my go to facility.

Very productive appointment. Dr. Gogel is good at listening as well as asking clarifying questions. I was very pleased with Dr. Gogel.

The whole experience was well thought out; from the detailed schedule that graphically laid out the dietary requirements from a week out to the day of the procedure. A packet which included virtually everything I would need including the laxatives, drink mix, boullion powder and jello, and all the paperwork I needed to read and fill out at my leisure. At the colonoscopy itself the doctor and his staff were efficient and responsive to my needs.

Everyone was pleasant personable and professional. Once I got out of the lobby everything went smoothly and quickly. Just need to make the preb easier.

Doctor Gogel is what you would want in a doctor: caring, patient, and smart. He listens well, explains what happens to help you understand, and answers questions.

Dr. Gogel has been taking care of both my mother and myself for a few years now; he and his staff have always been very patient and kind working with us. Always explains thoroughly everything that will be happening. Yes, I would recommend.

I had a colonoscopy done today with Dr. Gogel. While this is not a procedure I want done everyday, Dr. Gogel and the staff at Southwest Gastroenterology were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Gogel was easy to talk to and was available to answer any questions I had. The staff there were outstanding! Everyone was very organized and they clearly care for and about their patients.

Everything was very streamlined and quick. From the initial person I spoke with to schedule my appointment to the lady who walked me to the car, each staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and compassionate. This was my first time having a colonoscopy and they put me at complete ease. It was a seamless experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Gogel and SWGA.

All doctors(Dr. Gogel), nurses, Anesthesiologist and clinical staff were all very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable before and after my procedure. The amount of professionalism, care and attention I received made me feel real at ease before my procedure, and I received the same care by Dr. Gogel and ALL the NURSES and clinical staff after my procedure was finished. I am going to be 80yrs old in April. I had a hesitancy about having a Colonoscopy at my age so I opted for a colorectal screening about six months ago. Since that time I developed some bleeding and scheduled a colonoscopy with Dr. Gogel. Dr. Gogel’s experience and reputation are outstanding. During my visit with him before the procedure he answered all my questions and further inspired my confidence and comfort level. Dr. Gogel and everyone one on the team I came in contact with were compassionate, professional and caring. I am so grateful for and appreciative of all of your staff

This was my first colonoscopy and first time with anesthesia. I had two tiny polyps which Dr, Gogol removed and is having biopsied. Great nursing staff and the Dr. spoke to me about everything before and after the procedure. For something I’ve kind of dreaded—it turned out to be a great experience. And possibly a very fortuitous one.
