Dr Farrington always has time to listen about my health needs.

Been going to this facility for years. They offer everything you could possibly want. Professional, kind, listen to your concerns, prompt visits,. The staff is excellent. This doctor truly cares! I came to him for that reason and, as a senior citizen now, I was never disappointed.

If I could give ZERO stars I certainly would! Don't waste your time with an office that doesn't pay any attention to detail! Made an appointment over a month ago for my daughter who refuses to see a male, she wanted a female dr! She had her appointment set, I get a call the morning of [9am, and her apt is at 130] she can't be seen by the nurse practitioner... then why in God's name was I able to schedule it over a month ago?? Pay attention to what the hell you're doing! So, now, not only will she not go there - I will NOT be wasting my time with these people EITHER. What a joke! Dr. Farrington is the best doctor out there. Love him and his receptionists and medical assistants. They all listen and are very personable. Dr. Farrington researches his information and finds a solution the best he can. As long as I am within a two hour radius of his office I will NEVER leave. My family as been patients for years. He has been huge help during the pandemic and appreciate his open mindedness and ability to openly discuss best options. Also, love the fact he is a completely independent from any hospital network. It is refreshing and that's what we need is more doctors listening to patients and not just part of a hospital network following protocols that is a one size fits all problems Dr. Farrington is the best doctor out there. A family doctor and staff that really care.

Office and staff are always a pleasure to talk to and work with. Dr. Farrington listens to what your issues are to find a solution. He’s not just a doctor that’s going to whip out his prescription pad to write you a prescription and move you out the door. Would recommend to everyone and have already referred family! I switched insurance in the new year. I called to fill my script and gave them my new Insurance information. 10 days later my script isn’t filled. I called them again on day eleven and the woman I spoke to said they hadn’t received my new insurance. I had called and checked for script four times since updating my insurance with them and no one called me back or informed me that they didn’t have my updated insurance since I renewed my insurance in January. This is unbelievable that I have already given my insurance information with the receptionist 11 days prior. So I now have gone almost two weeks without my prescription because whoever I had spoke with did not fulfill their job requirements. This is unacceptable. Dr Farrington is an amazing physician. I thought I would see Christina the CRNP, for the Pap and female stuff. She has no people skills, she's sarcastic. She ask why I came there and told her my Dr., I loved went to help patients without insurance, she was like oh it sucks to have ins hugh. The point was I no longer had my Dr. That I had for years. Now I'm supposed to trust her. She gave me my pap and acted like she was going to get something. She messed up my prescriptions through CVS Caremark. Her sense that she is better than everyone else is sickening. I won't go there again because of her, but everyone else in the office was absolutely kind and amazing, but not her!!!!!! Dr Farrington cares about his patients. He listens and takes action for treatment.

Dr Farrington is hands down the most through, kind, patient, and engaging Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has helped me and my husband with perplexing health issues that other doctors left us feeling hopeless in treating. His staff is equally as pleasant and helpful. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The staff & medical professionals are very nice & personable. They really seem to care.

Moved upstate ny and due to chronic back pain and 2 surgeries we were blessed with this office and meds.after 2 yrs no more scripts for pain management. Heat broken but thank our gov't. Sad just sad.

I have recommended family here. I like the care I receive. He listens to my concerns and he really seems to care. I have been a patient since he opened his practice.

All the staff friendly and helpful. Appt was timely. Good listeners. Clean and professional. Great experience and I'll would definitely recommend them to anyone for family care.

Dr. Farrington is an awesome doctor that really cares for his patients. Im very happy that I became a patient of his. He's very knowledgeable and caring. He listened and addressed all of my concerns.

He doesn't care about his patients and I'm assuming we aren't worth his time. Left messages for days with both his staff and answering service and he never called back. I've stopped thinking that he will ever return my calls. I've never felt so neglected and insignificant to a health care provider before. I already started looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Farrington is a rare find! He actually LISTENS to you and your specific concerns. After all,who knows your body better than you? I am never rushed. I never feel like a number. He diagnosed my youngest son's Lyme Disease after 2 other physician's failed to even test him. He gets our family's seal of approval!
