Dr Brilliant went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He explained things clearly & offered good suggestions.

It is not the first time I had a bad experience with MUSC and Dr Brilliant's team. They mistreated me big time. Go to Southeastern Spine Institute instead

He was completely dismissive of my problems and unprofessional. He actually looked at my shoulder for maybe a minute and spent the next 20 asking personal questions and judging me about things that had nothing to do with my problems. He told me if I took 9 years to come in then he has a few months to diagnose. FYI if you are breastfeeding avoid with all costs because his exact comment was well you're not one of those women that's going to breastfeed until he's 6 years old (he 9 months). The front desk staff was no better and said I'll put your next appointment in MyChart giving me no choice of the date or time of my next appointment.

First day I met this Doc he was very rude and interrupted me several times while I tried to answer his questions. He was very critical of my Physical Therapy routine and I hadn't even completed explaining the PT regimen. He was also over an hour late for my scheduled time. He further dismissed how I was feeling. I suppose falling down and injuring your neck is equivalent to an aging person as I was told by this quack! Googled him, he's 26 years older than I am. I'm 49 #timetoretire! #myPTrox

The surgery went well. The scar is healing wonderfully and parts are almost unnoticeable and it's only been 5 weeeks.

Dr. Brilliant saved my father's life. He had my father's name listed at the front desk of the emergency room before we arrived. If it wasn't for his proactive help of getting my father to the ER, I don't know if he would be alive today. Dr. Brilliant is an excellent human being.
