He is the best doctor in the new haven area ,i have been his patient for 10 years,i highly recommend him!!

No complaints regarding Dr. Balas, but I wish I could say the same about his nurse. Incompetent to refill medication. Stressful fiasco to get her to understand the problem was with her & not the pharmacy. Due to lack of trust I will probably leave this medical group.

Dr. Balls, & staff at the office DO NOT RETURN their patient phone calls. Highly recommend going to a different practice.

My son has no complaints about dr ballas but let me tell you as his mom and calling in to help my son get his meds for two weeks is inexcusable and the treatment from irene the secretary and her insensitivity or lack of concern or care for a patients need is insane, then to be transferred to the woman who handles the prescriptions was even worse. Very unprofessional rude and Inappropriate treatment!!!!!! Excellent care

Great Dr. I’ve been going for the last 10 year or more the best in new haven

My initial meeting with Dr. Balas went well, however every interaction I've had with his office after this has been terrible and indicative of a staff that doesn't even pretend to care about the time and well being of its patients. His office does not return calls, he had his secretary explain the results of my tests and the prescription he ordered over the phone with no opportunity for questions, the script was for something I had told him I'd already tried so I guess he was never listening.

I wish i could be here to say what i thought of Dr. Balas because I've heard nothing but good things but, this is the second time I took time off work to see the Dr and his staff is unable to figure out their computer or book appointments properly. Now myself a working class citizen who breaks his back to help support his family is out a total of 150.00 dollars because of it. If you have a new computer in your office and your employees cannot figure it out in a month odds are they never will. Thank you for making my life and the holiday season even harder on my family by wasting my time and money.
