Dr. Hidalgo Jr. Is as awesome as his Father was! He is caring and friendly, always there if I need anything!

So this doctor’s office canceled my appointment, during Covid-19 and when in a time where the waiting list for a doctor can be months out. The reason being the doctor does not see people at 8am, mind you this is the time they scheduled me for. On the phone they were very disrespectful. Do not come here find a different hospital. Always a good experience there. Never have a long wait and the Sevice I receive is first rate. I feel like I am in good hands.

I have only been able to make annual routine visits with him. Whenever I'm sick, the office will only schedule me with Kathy Ann Hidalgo, PA, who I find to be incompetent. I only stayed with this office because they knew my medical history from being with them for over 20 years, but after Kathy Ann prescribed me medication that interferes with my maintenance medication, which is on my file and she has renewed for me, I finally decided to leave. Having access to computers today, there's no excuse for prescribing medication that counter acts other medication. This was brought to the attention of Dr. Hidalgo, her supervisor, but he didn't seem to care.

Dr. Hildago is soft spoken, polite, and friendly, and takes the time to listen to your problems. He also is easy to work with as far as treatments and referrals. I can't imagine a family doctor being any better.
