This clinic is always on point with helping me schedule appointments and Dr. Xiao is very informative and helpful with any questions I have. I highly recommend this clinic if you are needing someone who actually listens to your needs.

Stay away from them if you want save your money or save your time. They only care about how to steal your money. They charge you for every single visit (physic or phone call), and add some charge items hidden in your insurance. They always let you wait from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Their reception ladies are pretty rude. I were charged $75 for just asking the explaination of my report, also were charged $75 to confirm which store my Rx was sent to, also were charged $95 in my annual health check which Dr Xiao Hong promised 100% coverd by my insurance. I called the reception turns out the lady told me that is the way they run business

The time I type this, I’m waiting for the doctor. I’ve been waiting for an hour to get to the room even I have an appointment. She only checks you 5 min and that’s it. Probably won’t come back because of the wait time and the service

This clinic took too many patients so that they didn't pay enough care to each patient and you will wait in the lobby for at least 30 minutes. Dr Hong Xiao doesn't respect my time. Although I set the appointment but they still made me wait in the lobby for almost 40 minutes. This happened last week that I also waited for over 30 minutes. definitely go to another clinic, and let everyone in my social media aware of this clinic's poor management

This doctor may have legitimately ruined my life… misdiagnosed asthma (preceded by MONTHS) of coughing for a cold and sent me home. Went to an allergist and it turns out my lung capacity had been decreased. Mistook ehlers-danlos syndrome for growing pains from scoliosis (with a very outlandish theory) and now I’m a teenage cripple because it went unaddressed for so long. Great bedside manner, but anyone who lacks so much knowledge about their supposed area of expertise should really reconsider their career path. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Literally just got off the phone with them. I found them on the provider list for my new health insurance through my employer. The receptionist said they wouldn’t take my insurance. I’ve had this issue before since our insurance is brand new. I struggled to find an OBGYN earlier this year for the same reason. I asked her to call the provider support line because often times, they are able to sort everything out. I explained that I found their number from the in-network provider list. She kept repeating that she wasn’t familiar with my insurance and didn’t recognize the name. I asked her to call the provider line like 3 or 4 times. I told her it was a brand new insurance and she might not be familiar with it. She just refused. In the end she said that insurance doesn’t pay very well and so they don’t accept it. This clinic took too many patients so that they didn't pay enough care to each patient and you will wait in the lobby for at least 30 minutes even you already set the appointment. I strongly don't recommend this clinic for any check-ups. Dr Hong Xiao doesn't respect my time. Although I set the appointment but they still made me wait in the lobby for almost 30 minutes. This happened last year that I also waited for 30 minutes. No one came up to explain. If I didn't stand up and shout out, I will wait for longer time. I complained this directly to Dr. Xiao. She showed up her poker face and apologized with no sincerity. In the US, patients (or even customers) are regarded rude if they become impatient while waiting to be served. Is it true? oh, I don't think so. The business wants quiet customers like silent lambs, sitting there and doing whatever business wants them to do. That doesn't work for me. I made the appointment and called in twice to confirm and the day before I go, they called to cancel my appointment at 5:15pm, that is horrible, and I think it is really unprofessional.

Bad experience from Dr.Xiaohong! Their staffs don’t look very professional. My information was sent to them but they didn’t update that information for me in time. Should have been to another doctor!

Honestly, I work for a medical office. And we try to make new patients feel welcome no matter how stressful our day is. And the girl at the front, which I’m sure is young just like me, is rude. And doesn’t even try to get answers for a new patient. Sadly I told her I was looking for someone who can test for diabetes because I’m afraid and she just had no empathy at all. Didnt even try to connect. I heard good things about the doctor. But I can’t seem to talk to the receptionist about anything. She’s too vague and it’s confusing. That can cost anyone business. Best family doctor in Carrollton... Been seeing Dr.Xiao for 5 years and she is the best really caring and sincere in treating her patients. She will always go far and beyond to take care of her patients and her staff is amazing too Kasy and Allison and Juanita.

Dr. Hong is very helpful and answers every questions with explanation and never rushes an appointment. We're very glad that we found her and she's right next to our pediatrician as well. We also do our annual physically check up here, she didn't take Aetna in 2019 but is re-enrolled again for 2020 so now we do regular sick visits again. Very nice doctor but never listens. It's like starting over with a new doctor every visit.

I call for and appointment. They close at 5:30. But stop seeing people at 4:30. Thanks a lot guess I won't be going here

Way too many patients she accepted that she could no longer handle properly I guess? She's really nice and has a good heart and thorough and she's my doctor in the last 12 years or so but, in the last 2 years things have changed..... Now, I only get less than 5 mins of her time and usually she just keeps on talking and giving generic advice in a rushed "let's-get you-over-with" way without really asking me specific questions first. I would tell her my specifics but she wont remember the next time I'm there and I think that's critical before writing prescriptions. It's like before you know it, she's gone and is in the room for the next patient. But she's nice but it's my health, so not sure. She's extremely busy and running back and forth in her office. By the way, one of her staff (the Latina one with dyed blond hair that draws blood is cold, unaccomodating and plain rude! Front desk staff Kathy and Joy are very professional and friendly! Dr. Xiao always give patient great suggestions!

I had my annual check up with Dr. Hong, she was very sweet and caring. I am so happy I found her!

First time seeing Dr. Hong and she was very helpful. Was having issues with chronic coughing after the flu and she went the extra mile to provide the service of a breathing treatment to help alleviate the tightness in my chest along with providing the medicine I needed. If I'm sick I'll be back to see her again.

I seen Dr. Xiao for a yearly exam. She is very friendly, and seems like a neighbor next door! She is very caring and compassionate about her patients. I highly recommend her for your physician! I also tend to search for physicians with 20 plus years of experience, and she was the jackpot!??

This review is not for doctor Xiao. It is for the receptionist. I made an appointment by phone on certain day. The day before when i called to confirm, they said, my name is not listed at all. I made all the arrangement for it ( taking half day off all that). The receptionist doesn't even seem to apologize. Although she squeezed me at 9:30 am in for the schedule, she also mentioned there are 8 people in front of me from 8:30am ( the time they opened) to 9:30am. For everyone out there, please triple check they jot your names down when you are making the appointment. My entire family sees her and likes her a lot. She is our family doctor for 4 years.

Really like this office every friendly and nice. Wait time not long at all. I had a question I called the office and wss able to talk to Dr. Hong directly.

Short wait times and no nonsense.

She is the best general physician we have been to. She is very kind, understanding and easy on the wallet when you don't have insurance. She has given us free samples and tests at very cheap prices.

Nothing wrong with the dr. because i didn't get change to see her. but her front staff is terrible. i asked if they have certain date available. she said no. i was hoping she will tell me what date they may have. she didn't. this is not the right way to welcome a new patient. I am new to Texas and had to choose a new PCP and I chose Dr. Xiao and was very disappointed. I am 45 years old and know my health and history very well. She did not listen to me and wanted to change my meds and did so. When I called back to ask her to change my meds back, she wanted me to come in for an office visit...just for that. Mind you, these are not new meds to me so I know what I need. I only saw her 2 times and will never see her again or recommend her to anyone I know & love.

I really wanted to book an appointment with her... but her receptionist made it very difficult. I have PPO and she was telling me that I need to call my insurance and have them change my doctor, and then she told me that even though I pay a co pay with my insurance, that the insurance would not work with them. But I have great PPO insurance. She never even asked me for my insurance information. Very disappointed. I could tell this office clerk would have made my experience here a nightmare. She is a very nice and professional doctor , all my family members like her, the environment is also very clean and tidy.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have followed Dr. Xiao from the campus of UT Southwestern to her new location in Carrollton, and although she's further away, definitely worth the drive. My family and I consider her family!

Dr.Xiao is a great PCP. She has wonderful bedside manners. She has always been professional and polite. She explains everything to you during visit and all lab results. She has been wonderful doctor all around for me .

Awesome physician. She's more like a mother when she treats and talks to you. A cool chic mom that is very competent doctor though... combination of professional and compassionate and knows what's best for you. She loves her patients! Really she does care...

Dr. Xiao is a wonderful physician. She is extremely thorough and has a great personality. Her staff is excellent, remembers the patients and your history. I drive a good distance to keep her as my primary care doctor and plan on it as long as she is in business.

Dr. Xiao is my grandson's and my daughter's phsycian. I know my daughter thinks very highly of the care that she's provided for her. I am very grateful to her for the medical care and compassion that she has shown for my grandson. The whole office feels like family. She has a very good bedside manner she has a great heart.
