Dr. Hong Catherine Trinh

I been going to Dr. Catherine Trinh for years since the 90’s my children as well and we all still go to her for our medical assistance and we have always been satisfied with her services. I hope I or my children never had anything negative to say about her services.

r. Trinh has not upheld her vow & code as a Dr. to treat all patients with genuine care. She does not listen truly to what the patient is going through. To her, patients are just a number and $. She does not value the patients or try at all costs 100% to help patients determine which treatment is priority and needed with their diagnosis. Instead of sending them home and telling them if you still dont feel better come back and see me. NO! You send them to get ultra sound or exrays. She has taken advantage of the medical system, the patients weekness to speak and defend themselves. She needs to be addressed and quite frankly she needs to go back to manner school & be susbended until she remembers what oath she took when shen become a Dr. How do you lose a pateints blood work, but saddly, the patient had to call you multiple times to ask the results because it went into to 2 weeks finding out that the blood work was never done or lost. This is a small town. Come on! She needs to wake up and remember she is not better than anyone, stopp being entitled and CARE, LISTEN, & REFER your patients! r. Dr Trinh is great Dr. office staff is helpful. waiting period is not long.

Do not go to this doctor she does not care about her patients. I went to her 3 time for dizziness, vomiting, and pain on my right side she didn’t do anything to help me I was in pain for 2 months until the hospital did an ultrasound and told me I had gallbladder stones and it was leading me to have pancreatitis. When I went to follow up with her she did not listen to me and said she was going to mail a letter to the hospital to get my medical records. A week later I had to have emergency surgery
