Dr. Hong Qian

the worst doctor I never seen, she made my ear bleeding and I didn't made any appointment with her, but she put my record have 2 times tel appointment, just for money. find other doctor that trustful.

Very impressed with Dr Qian. Obtained appointment in one day. I wasn’t feeling well and my regular internist had no appointments for 6 days. She listened attentively to my problems identified appropriate lab tests and then communicated back using “My Chart” when results returned. She thinks clearly and communicates well. I say this as an MD who has known and supervised many doctors.

Totally agree with the previous comment. The receptionist who speaks mandarin is very rude and impatient. No smile on the face at all! If my Dad can speak english, I will centrally change to other clinic which provides much better premier care services.

Very talented GP. Works easily with a diverse group of patients.

The receptionist Susan is incredibly rude and impatient especially if English is not your first language. I cannot speak for the level of care this doctor provides but this office should consider having someone will a little more patience considering the population of people who chose to see this doctor.

Dr. Qian is always available to me ...I have been with her for almost 15 years...I am able to tell her what is hurting...she listens during my stress crying . She has made excellent referrals for different surgical needs. I would recommend her to anyone... Her mannerism are always professional but caring.

She has been my doctor for about 10 years and she is great. She is not the type to just prescribe medication and send you on your way. She is very observant and knowledgeable. I had some issues over the years that were the type of things people have to go to specialist for, so I asked my health insurance for referrals. After seeing a specialist and not having successful results, I let Dr. Qian know about some of those ailments and she is the one that made them go away. She is truly a great Dr.

Dr. Qian Hong was a very good doctor, she has the responsibility, she has been my family doctor for over 10 years. I was diagnosed with diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol in 2008. Over the years, Dr. Qian has good control of dosage and careful treatment, my health indicators are normal, I feel good.
