First off this is not my name on my account with Vu's office. I was a patient. I decided not to go back due to one of his nurses. Her name is: Irene Aponte Moreno. She is an Adult-Gerontology certified Nurse Practitioner and licensed by the State of Florida Department of Health. She is always so RUDE. She down talks to you, you tell her your in pain and she comes back with "well your not dying, so you cannot be that much pain". My friend will also be leaving Dr Vu's office. Dr. Vu is easy going, friendly and is concerned about the comfort of his patients.

Dr. Vu has done an amazing job at helping me manage my pain. He listens and takes my concerns into account when making medical decisions. I would highly recommend him!

After this opoid crisis as some may know its hard to find a doctor to treat chronic pain.Due to new laws and constraints of doctors the only ones suffering are every single one person sitting waiting on a doctor for hope of pain relief.Dr,Vu maybe had cared at one time.To me he doesn't have the empathy for people in such a horrible state or dr Vu would make sure to keep pain at a livable level.NOT A SUFFERING LEVEL NOT,I would not let an animal suffer like this.Its like Dr,Vu said,"if you don't like the care find another doctor".Unreal like what did he say.Hes lost what being a doctor is all about.Really caring NOT! Friendly staff and Dr Vu has an incredible bedside manor. Explains each and everything to you in words you can understand.

Dr. Vu has it tough. All of his patients are in chronic pain, the ones other doctors won't help. I know medicine is personal in nature, and if your doctor cant eliminate your pain, you're going to be frustrated and probably blame the doctor and not the guy who rear ended you. I have a really bad back, and it is not fixable with any known surgery. Dr. Vu took me from 8-9/10 pain to 2-3/10 pain with his expertise. He listens. He explains. He is good at what he does. Thanks for helping.

Dr. Vu is amazing, kind, knowledgable and professional. The girls who work there, however, are rude! The receptionist yells your name out the little window, she is very rude! She is too lazy to stand up and nicely call your name. She yells it, with attitude! Every time I go there, she is nasty and harsh. The girls who call you to the back? They are very rude too! Instead of calling out nicely and friendly, "Mr. Mosley" they snap yell your name with nasty attitude too---- "MOSLEY!"

Dr. Vu listens where others do not and understands pain. He has a great staff that really works with you on scheduling and always greets with a smile.

Dr. Vu explains things in terms you can understand. He is VERY approachable and listens. He also has a sense of humor although extremely professional. Thank you Dr Vu.

Dr. Vu's assessments and assistance in helping me with 28 years of pain from various injuries, he has helped me to live better with my pain. Through various tests, shots, physical therapy, and some medications, his understanding & comprehensive knowledge, has REALLY helped me. He finds the start of the pain & works from there. I would recommend Dr. Vu to all of my family and friends, & to anyone! Dr. Vu has a great "bedside manner" & has a good sense of humor with helping people.

Sent to by Workers comp Ortho Dr. way to late for providing much assistance to now 24 month long pain issues. I respect he had taken time to review my records prior to seeing me, reviewed the additional information I brought. And he was realistic that had little to offer me so late into my health situation. I agree with his assessment of my particular needs and potential treatment options. Based on this one time visit I would recommend him.

Insurance refuse to pay for OxyContin after 5-10 yrs ? Dr Vu was giving me 3-40mg x3 and 15mg oxy codons x3 and giving me scripts for 3 months in advance after ins. Problem Vu cut me back to 20mg Opana x2 And revisit every 10days 3 times -having severe pain ! I've had 3 back ops ( fusion )Knee&shoulder ops. Surgeon says need shoulders and both knees total knee replacement on R-knee and both thumbs fixed ! Had find another Doc ! Was on 50mg Kadian x3 prior to Vu to strong NOT AN ADDICT -CONFUSED

Horrible doctor, refuses to see his patients after the initial visit, you only get to see the PA. They take forever to answer phone calls if they do at all. MA's are rude, receptionist is only interested in taking your money. Nicest person there is Esmeralda the check out girl, she at least is helpful. Christy the PA is very nice but she's not the doctor and really can't make decisions and can only spend 10 minutes with you because her schedule is so packed. It's absolutely ridiculous!
