I've worked with Dr. Rana in the same environment, mental health, for years. He is one of the most skilled diagnosticians I know. He handles patients as people, taking time and joking with them to make them feel comfortable. I work with many doctors and he is a favorite. He is also very bright and accessible.

Dr. Hiren T. Rana has made many people take debilitating medications. Some expressly didn't want to. For as long as they were under his control, ...

Hiren has made many people take debilitating medications, some who expressly don't want to, on an ongoing basis. I would describe him as a flowchart doctor: he follows the list. He appears to have a policy of medicating 100% of the people I witnessed under his care.
