Wish i could post negative stars. First visit waited about 20 min to be taken to room. Then an hour wait in room with the door open and music blaring. Dr running around yelling instructions to staff as she went room to room. Walked in our room did not say anything just started clipping toenails and setting up foot soak. That's when we realized the white on the floor was other peoples toenail clippings. She came back in and i brought up why we were there. She stated she would do a cream and rx. But needed bloodwork to watch liver. Stood in line for 20 min to check out. Girls nails were so long she was using a pen to type a button at a time. 3 days later still no rx, called office, no notes about a rx. Told to call pharmacy. Called later same day, was told dr did not do refills. Called next day and when asked about rx was given list of meds already on. Called pharmacy. Called back and asked for nurse or manager, girl was rude and hung up. Called back and was told someone else would call us back after talking to dr. Month later still no rx. At office, waiting room was too full, no open chairs. Waited an hr and half. Watched 2 people get upset and leave. Others come in and be taken right back. A gentleman came to pick up his wife. She waited 45 min to check out. We chose to leave. Will NEVER refer anyone here.

Dr. Bruner has helped me more than any doctor I have had. I am exercising again. I can put shoes in. When my feet swell I head back to her. She is an awesome doctor!????

Dr. was quick and efficient. Prepare for a minimum of a 2 hour wait. Make sure not to overpay. Receptionist charged me for the "surgery" then my insurance paid. It has been 4 months since his surgery and I have yet to receive a refund. I have called several times during this 4 month period only to be told the billing dept. hasn't authorized the refund. Me and my daughter go to Dr Brunner and she is amazing! Also her staff, all so sweet and caring and the wait time is good too not long. They are a blessing in our life, I really recommend them

Was told not to come here by multiple people but I really needed to get in somewhere quick. The wait time is ridiculous and none of the staff that came in contact with my feet wore gloves including the doctor no sanitizing hands before or after leaving the room. Dr. Brunner is very rude. IF I COULD GIVE HER ZERO STARS I WOULD. Had to take my daughter in for a fall she had. We spend 5 hrs there. Its full of patience and no where to sit. Dr. Brunner is yelling from room to room and staff just roll their eyes at her. She didnt even explain what was wrong with my daughter all she said she would need to be in a cast for 6 weeks. Then left the room and didnt see her anymore. One of the nurse came in to cast my daughters leg and did it all wrong. It was loose on her and was slidding off her leg. The next day I called to tell them and told me to take her in. 3 hrs later the next day she got it redone and they ended charging me another $215 more for the mistake they did. The doctor was rude about it when I brought it up to her. She said it was not her staff fault the cast was out on wrong. Never again will I go there she is a thief and all she care about is money. This happend 3 weeks ago and till this day I have n gotten a refund or an appology on how rude she was to me. I will never recommand anybody to go to het and be aware of how rude and a thief she is. This Doctor is the greatest l. I do not like doctors at all and I love her. Nurses and staff are wonderful would recommend her to anyone I even took my son and dad to see her.

DO NOT recommend this doctor at all!! This office is awful! Rude, aggressive staff and doctor. Dr. Brunner dropped the F-Bomb when I pointed out her mistake. She and her staff talk badly about each other to the patients, curse in front of patients (who are mostly elderly), and yell through out the office. Completely unorganized and unprofessional! The wait time was extensive! Every week I took 4 hours off of work to see her for 5 minutes. After months of ineffective treatment, I had to remind the doctor she was recommending a treatment we already tried. She replied, "well they just give me the last visit notes." She did not remember anything about me or my case! I finally left when she said she wanted to do exploratory surgery on my LEFT foot. I went to San Antonio and had surgery done on my RIGHT. Miraculously, my left foot is healed. Complete QUACK who is taking advantage of the shortage of doctors in the West Texas area, which she speaks ill of any chance she gets. No excuses! I found myself with a very painful ingrown toenail, I decided to go to Dr. Hillary Brunner because of the great work she did for my father. The staff was very friendly and hard working, after being sent to the back I met Dr Brunner! She was very kind, uplifting, and got the job done quick! I would not go to this facility ever again. The time spent in this office is unnecessary. The waiting room is filled with people waiting. My appointment was at 3:15pm on August 5th and I did not leave until 5:30 pm. I was supposed to go get blood work done and I was never told where to go. I had to call the 800 number on the orders to locate where to go. Very unprofessional place. The doctor will yell at the girls down the hall to go to a particular patient's room. Dr. Brunner never explained to me what was going to be done. I went to pay and waited another 20 minutes because the line went down the hall and the lady that was checking people out looked lost and did not know what she was doing. Unfortunately I was needed to go back the following month so I figured to get an appointment first thing when they opened which was 9 am and maybe I would be leaving sooner. I was wrong, I was taken in for xrays which I do not know why a toenail needs xrays about an hour later from 9 then sent back out to the waiting room, 30 min later called back in for more x-rays because they didn't get the first ones correct. OMG! Then I was sent to a room, waited, doctor comes in just glances at my toe nail, more waiting, then told to put foot in water which all my pants were wet now, doctor comes back after yelling at one of the girls to get me out of the water which she dries my foot with paper towels, comes in, files my nail, leaves, girl comes in to put my shoes on, I'm done. I'm so upset by this time then I go down the hall, long line to check out, waited another 30 minutes to pay outrageously prices because I feel the x-rays and the filing of my nail was a joke. Doctor and Staff are Amazing!! I recently had a very heavy, wall mounted, end table fall off the wall onto my foot. I went to the E R and the doctor there basically laughed at me.. after the x-ray I was told it wasn't broken, given nothing for pain and discharged. I spent that night and next day in excruciating pain that tylenol and motrin together would not help at all!! I found Doctor Brunner on google and they heard my story. Got me in that day, helped me sort out my insurance since it was work related she was very kind, genuinely concerned and caring about the state of my injury. Showed me the two fractures and the chipped bone in my foot from the accident. Then was very helpful with my situation, we dont live in Odessa so they called the prescription in quickly, so I could pick it up and get my daughter to work in our town. Not gonna lie, the wait was a little longer than usual, but it's to be expected, they deal with mostly injured people so each patient has a different situation and each one can be time consuming. She takes the time to evaluate each patient and do what she can. So if your going, plan for a wait and wear your understanding caps. The staff is crazy and all over place trying to keep up with with the demand and the paperwork but they are all very committed to helping each patient and the doctor with each situation while helping the next with vitals and x-rays and getting the previous patients out the doors comfortably. All while disinfecting and cleaning rooms for the next. I am definitely recommending this Doctor and her Staff to anyone who needs a Podiatrist!!! Seen Dr Hillary Brunner June 12th. 2021. Thought she was very nice & thorough. About explaining to me what was going to be done. She also is affiliated with Odessa Regional. I am not. I was told on Wednesday the 14th by her Office manager if I was more comfortable using MCH to get my blood work and EKG, x-ray etc. That was fine as long as I give them important information to make sure the results were faxed asap to Dr. Brunners DPM office. Rude

7 months wasted of back and forth with staff and dr. Dr Brunner is rude and over booked all the time. Different staff every month and very unorganized. Will not be going back ever and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Dr yelling at staff and speaking about other patients private I go out loud is NOT ok rude doctor and treats staff and patients awfully. Very filthy and service is horrible. Don’t recommend!!!!!!!!! HIPPA and the health services need to intervene for sure. Stay safe

Never had I ever experienced such horrible services. Staff looks clueless and they are very unsanitary, went in and sat in a dirty chair they just placed a paper over the feet area on top of old casting powder or God knows what that was on the chair and floor. There's always a wait. This place has as much organization as a squirrel in a field of nuts. They are saying my insurance is rejected, but my insurance says payment was already authorized. So probably stealing from me. But the most obnoxious part is the 2hr wait for 15min service. Find someone else because this place is a joke!

Went to this place it was the nastiest doctors office I’ve ever been to. service was terrible and took 4 hours past my appointment to get a ingrown done.

Staff is rude and disrespectful and discriminating...do not recommend. Maybe if their staff took a training course on public relations and how NOT to discriminate against people with debilitating disabilities, they would be half decent

I called to see if I could get in that day, as a new patient. The young lady needed my Insurance info Social Security number and other info...then said it would be about a week, i went ahead and made the apt. On appointment day I arrived approximately 20 minutes early. Then had like 10 pages to fill out and no less then 15 signatures. The office and hall outside was crowded when I arrived, so ask and was assured I would be seen by or close to apt. Worse service ever. Appointment was at 10:00 am. Came in 30 minutes early. People were coming in and being called in before my mom. My husband was supposed to get shoes and orthotics made and was told that we wouldn’t have to pay anything because we met our deductible and out of pocket. The orthotics were made and my husband was told he now has a bill, that he wasn’t supposed to have. I think she’s a good doctor but definitely it’s something missing on her service. First of all 2 hour waiting and keep taking more and more patients. Second of all and worst. she’ll probably would spend 2 minutes in your consultation (Max), be quick and leave you with a lot of questions. She never show you xrays or nothing!! I personally have a problem with needles, she had no mercy with me and injected my foot super rude!! Left me with tears (literally) It’s been a really bad experience. Super long wait times

My experience was pleasant. Wait time a little long because they're so busy and overbook but Doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was courteous except for the X-Ray girl who wasn't very friendly and kind of rude. I'll definitely go back though

I’m new to this community and Dr Hillary Brunner came highly recommended. I have already done the same for someone else! This is a kind, compassionately hard working knowledgeable staff and Dr. My problems were figured out right away and what procedures were done for both my foot surgeries by a previous Dr.

Dr. Brunner & her whole staff are amazing. We came to her for some answers about our 17 month old son’s foot and the way he was starting to walk. Mind you we had been to two previous dr’s who did nothing but just look at my sons foot & told us to wait for it to self correct. We didn’t like that, so we found Dr. Brunner & we are so glad we did. They did x-rays, some physical therapy on my son & told us what the problem was & why his little foot was doing what it was doing. My son needed to see a Dr. due to an ingrown toenail. Another Dr in town couldn't see him until 3/2 at the earliest and he needed some relief, fast. I had seen this new office open up close to home and called on 2/12 at 2:00pm when they opened. They were able to get him right in at 2:45pm. The staff was so nice and Dr. Hillary Brunner was very professional and talked us through each step of the process. She was very friendly. Very nice office environment. I love this place! This place is one of the cleanest doctor's office I've been too even before the pandemic. She is wonderful she takes the time to make sure that the rooms are clean and she has all the right equipment before a small operation. She has removed 2 ingrown toe nails from me and she did a damn good job on them. Then she also made sure that my foot was healing correctly when I had fractured. The staff there does and excellent job on cleaning the rooms and assisting the doctor. The wait maybe long but I rather have a sanitary room and a doctor that takes the time to explain things to me. Oh my God !!!! I recently moved to West Texas and I have a Autistic child. It’s been a nightmare with other doctors. Dr. Hillary Brunner and her staff are amazing with my son. The compassion they have with my son is remarkable... My son has other specialist and we make the 8 hour drive for his appointments. I am very impressed with this Doctor and her staff.. I highly recommend her to all my family and friends. For a high volume of patients this staff know exactly how to treat their patients. Thank you ladies for making this experience so perfect. One less specialist that I won’t have to make that 8 hour drive. Don’t get me wrong I will drive miles and miles for a good doctor. I used Dr. Hillary Bruner approx. 10 yrs ago. When I started having trouble with a toe I called her up and got in. She had to amputate it due to osteomyelitis and diabetes! It heal great and she is a great doctor! I’ll definitely go again if anything happens to my feet again! Thank you doctor job well done!

Love the . not impressed at times with staff. One time waited 15 min for follow up appt. No one came to make. I left.. weeks later got appt reminder call. $35 cancelation fee going to happen less 24 notice. It was 830 at night Caller was rude. Wont go back

I would recommend her because she is conscientious, confident, thoughtful, and has a wonderful way of relating to her patients. She takes care of business and smiles along the way. ??

I called on a Thursday because I was in severe pain due to bursitis in my achilles tendon and was supposed to start a new job on Monday. The staff worked their schedule to get me an appointment that day. Dr. Brunner saw me very quickly and quickly diagnosed my ailing foot. By Sunday I was feeling better and able to start my new job on Monday. Thank you doctor!
