I wish I could give Dr Fausett a good review. She was great in the begining however cancelled future procedures when I most needed her. She referred me to another specialist and rather vague regarding another procedure I mentioned. Actually, she is quite aware of this procedure as she gave me the pamphlet and I would be a good candidate. Her assistant, Janet is much more compassionate than her. Very disappointed in Dr Fausett.

Dr. Faucett was one of the most thorough and dedicated doctors I had. She understood the complexities of my case and addressed then. I will always be thankful to Dr. Faucett for the great care she provided.

Such a caring Dr. I am so excited she my new Dr. She listened and help me with some things I can do to improve my future add far as body health and balance. Unfortunately her office dropped the ball and I've been left stranded and on my own trying to find a dr like her with a staff that actually cares. I've called and left messages and the staff doesn't care. It's been 2 years and I still get the run around. I have seen Dr Hillary at least 5 times. She is gentle, caring, extremely knowledgeable about the spine, including what she doesn't know. When I'm in pain (back, hip) she's the first Doctor I call.

I have been going to Dr. Fausett for a long time,she is the best caring and understanding Doctor I have ever had. She takes the time and makes sure you get the right diagnosis from XRays,ct scans,etc to make sure you get the right solution for your discomfort.

There is something wrong with the way this office is managed. Dr. Fausett is knowlegeable and while she is in the exam room, she is excellent. However, she has set up such that her assistant walks in after an allocated time, and no matter where she is with the discussion, just walks out of the room without any closure and leaves it to her assistant. This has now happened to me for the third time - today, assistant came in with epidural injection paperwork, Dr. Fausett had not mentioned.

Dr. Fausett is one of the most professional, educated and thorough Physicians I have ever known. If you are looking for someone to just randomly increasing amounts of narcotics without goals in site, this isn’t your Physician. I have been her patient for over 7 years and she worked with me to help me become functional again. Physicians have emergencies and you may be one....don’t complain when the one day you have an appointment happens to be someone else’s really bad day.

Dr. Faucett was extremely thorough in her examination and took considerable time to talk with me about my condition and options. That is exactly what I want and need in a specialist.

I've had back pain problems for five years now and I could hardly get any relief from what my family practice doctor was able to treat me with. I finally booked an appointment with Dr. Fausett and she was amazing. She asked 1000 questions took her time evaluating me and was able to prescribe me pain cream which took away my back pain. I am now pain-free and off oral pain medications. I would definitely recommend this doctor! Amazing! Dr Fausett is a great doctor but it is not going to do you any good if you can't see her. My appointement was at 1pm. I waited for her one hour and a half before i left. She was on the phone all that time while i was waiting with 2 other patients.

I had one appt with Dr. Fausett, she referred me to another Spine Pain Management Dr @ USC. When he was not available for 5 months (His first available appt) she never returned my call, never answered my emails, and when I DID get an a 2nd appt with her I waited over an hour in the waiting room before having to leave to another appointment!! When I tried to reschedule the next appt was over a month away.

I too can't understand the two 1 star reviews. I have never been asked to pay up front or had any billing issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Fausett is very knowledgeable and spends all the time needed with her patients, at least this one. She explains every procedure she is going to perform and where we will go next if the current one doesn't work. I'm still in pain, but will keep going to her till I'm better or all options are exhausted.

MOST Humiliating experience in my life I told the lady at the front desk that I wanted to give her some feedback on reviews and that I had the same experience as some of the peoples review not only did they honer my appointment they also called all my other doctors and Badmouthed me all I tried to give was feedback I have the best insurance no co-pay no deductible if you're looking for a Real bad experience this is the doctors office however if you're looking for help avoid this Docto at all cos

I have a tough time believing the previous review is about the same doctor and staff.I have been seeing Dr.Fausett a little over a year now. Aside from my copay and any deductibles, I have never had to pay out of pocket.Dr.Fausett has given me my life back. I am now able to finally go back to regular day to day activities. Each visit she spends ample amount of time with me and explains my treatment plan in a way that I can understand.Her office staff is both friendly and accommodating.FIVE STARS

Do not go to this doctor. She has non-standard billing policies and requires patients to pay up front in cash even though she is considered in network with several insurance companies. It felt like Dr. Fausett and her office were more interested in collecting money from patients than providing needed pain management care. She is very inflexible and her staff is difficult and not customer friendly. Avoid this doctor and her office if at all possible.
