This is an incredibly poorly run office. I called in July 2020, the next available appointment was September 2020. I made an appointment for 9:15am. I waited in the lobby area to fill out my paperwork. Around 9:40am the receptionist came to get my paperwork. I asked how much longer it would be. She said "There's 3 people in front of you." I said "Ok, so like how much longer?" She said "I have no way of telling." So what exactly is the point of having an appointment system? There was zero acknowledgement that this is NOT the way it is supposed to run. There was no like "Oh sorry, we had a few things happen this morning that were out of the norm" or anything. It was just totally normal for them to expect that I would wait an hour for an appointment, after waiting 2 MONTHS TO BE SEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE! I left after half hour, because it was very obvious that I wouldn't be seen for at least an additional half hour.
