We have seen Dr.Lyons for about 6 months now and I had hoped maybe the first few visits were a fluke. All visits feel very rushed (even after you wait for 20+ minutes) and I always leave with more questions than answers. When I try to ask questions I feel very rushed and like an inconvenience. I don’t feel that my concerns about my son have been wholly addressed and we will be seeking another opinion.

Dr. Lyons’ office billed me over $3000 for a anesthesia doctor and an anesthesia nurse. Not sure why he required two people to do one job. Looks like it was a money grab if you ask me.

I am the mother of Andre Williams Jr. My child has been apart of St. John since birth, born in the nicu. Andre has had Dr. Lyon since he came out of the nicu, Dr. Lyon is an Awesome G.I. Doctor, who takes his time and patience dealing with our specially and uniquely made children. Most importantly he’s honest, and his best interest is the well being of the child, and I can appreciate this from any Doctor. May God Bless Dr. Lyon and keep him through all his journeys in life. Overall a great experience. Front desk woman with dark hair and black brimmed glasses was awesome and very patient. Can’t say the same for the older blond hair lady. She seemed to be having a bad day. The new female (in training) doctor was pleasant. Dr. Lyons was very rushed, but knowledgeable.

Dr. Lyons has a lot of good traits about him. He is an excellent doctor and provides great care for my daughter. He hears me when I talk about her issues and I also love that he is very quick. Our appointments are always less than 15 minutes and I love that because my little girl isn't too fond of the doctors. My only complaint is he really doesn't get on her level and doesn't try to talk to her at all, which I think makes it a little harder to make my daughter comfortable during her appointments. Otherwise, both Dr. Lyons and his wonderful nurses make a great team to hell care for my baby girl! Dr. Lyons has a lot of good traits about him. We have been seeing Dr. Lyons over a year. He is great with my son. Very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Lyons did not tell me anything I did not know. Was not very soft or gentle, would not recommend him at all especially for pediatrics. I don’t like people wages by their fingers in my face and telling me I’m wrong when I express to him what I’m currently going through. Prescribed a medication made from milk protein and am allergic to dairy. Was not helpful with questions and gave me very vague and basic answers. He did not like when I continued ask questions. Complete waste of time. He refused to do certain tests that I asked for and was just pushing medication. I DO NOT recommend him at all for anything. Dr. Lyons did not tell me anything I did not know. Dr.Lyons was very good with my son and he knows what he is doing and was on top of all that needed to be done.

Took my son to see Dr Lyons he is very good answered questions and took his time with us. He's also very quick to return calls when you have you have questions or concerns. I would highly recommend him.
