Dr. Hernando Chong is a great physician. He listens carefully to your symptoms snd acts with empathy and care. My husband and I have been going to him for almost 20 years and like him because of his knowledge and care. I am a diabetic type 1 and thanks to his care I am doing fine after 25 years of his care. No complications

Dr Chong is the most compassionate, loving and knowledgeable Dr I know. I’ve been his patient for well over 15 years and he has always taken his time with me. I’ve never felt rushed. I wouldn’t trade him for the world.

This one of the best Doctors I been to in this Country, knowledgeable, human, a man who cares !!!

The in person service is great, but when trying to get a hold of them over the phone for a prescription or lab order they are impossible and terrible. I had to get blood work done, schedule my appointment with lab Corp as I was advised I could go to any lab Corp or quest to have the blood work done. I go to labcorp during my lunch break at the time of my appointment and they tell me there is no prescription or any request from my primary dr. I tried to reach out to the office and now it’s been over an HOUR and I have yet to speak to someone. This is unacceptable and I will be looking forward a new primary doctor. I had blood work done in the office about a month and half ago. I've been waiting for my results. I've called multiple times left messages for the office manager to return my call and still Waiting. Never coming back. you can't handle the amount of patient you have. You called me 3 weeks later and try to tell me journey trying to help. Just had my first Zoom appointment with Dr. Chong. He was very detailed in his explanation of my conditions. He was very informative. He took the time to listen and made preventive medical recommendations. Highly recommend Dr. Chong.

Called to make an appointment for my first visit. They said I couldn't see the doctor on my first visit - I was only allowed to see a nurse practitioner and then I would have to schedule another appointment to see the doctor. Office staff and providers are Okay. However, if they make a mistake with your prescription or they call you regarding your lab results; then, good luck! They are a very busy office, but to have a prescription corrected takes multiple phone calls, which includes being on hold for long periods of time, leaving multiple messages and speaking to their answering service throughout the course of 4 days. Then, if they are very busy and you get their answering service; your call may get disconnected. If you tell them you don't remember the name of the nurse practitioner you saw, the rep will tell you: "well that's the reason they haven't called you ma'am" and they will hang up on you. Luckily my medication is not a life saving drug, but I can't imagine getting that type of service if I needed my medication to live. The same goes with your lab results. The nurse left a message stating my labs were ready, but didn't leave any additional information. I called 4 times and I have yet to receive a call back. As I stated before, what if the patient has a life threatening condition? You have to keep calling and leaving messages until someone decides to call you back...., but it make take more than a couple of days....I'm still waiting... Office staff and providers are Okay. Nurses were very nice

Feel very lucky that I found Dr. Chong. Very thorough and personable. The staff are all friendly and efficient.

The office staff, nurses and Dr. Chong go above and beyond to make patients feel listened to and well cared for. Dr. Chong is thorough and is very knowledgeable, hands down the best doctor care I have experienced as well as my family. Very grateful to have found such a well qualified and caring doctor.

Awesome doctor cares for his patients

Excellent diagnostician. Good bedside manner. Respectful of patient and family. Dr. Chong has been the full family physician for over ten years. We all highly recommend him.

Dr Chong is knowledgeable and takes his time evaluating you. He is always very personable and attentive to all your needs. His office staff is courteous, kind and they also do their best to always to make sure your needs are taken care of.

I became his patient 10 years ago and will continue being his patient for as long as I can. He is an exceptional human being and an amazing physician there's NO OTHER like him, He is not you typical doctor he will make every single one of your visits memorable and personalized he has helped me throughout many issues (health and/or emotional) and I can honestly say I'm blessed to have him as my primary care physician. Go see him you wont regret it!
