Love, love, love him. He looks u straight in your eyes and explains what is going on. Answers your questions. Very informative. Would totally recommend him

I saw him once. He was very kind and thoughtful. But, I tried calling several times and left messages. No return calls followed. Once a very nice PA called with me. But, never heard back from her as well even after I tried leaving a message for her. I have severe asthma. Last trip to the ER never heard anything from him. I had to call my retired doctor for help. She had them admit me to the hospital. Turned out to be several days stay.

I would highly recommend Dr. Velasquez. He took the time to talk to me and find out how to help me. He made me feel as though I was his only patient. The staff was wonderful including Elisabeth who first greeted me and took all my information. Dr. Velasquez was punctual and very informative. Cheryl, the appointment manager, was the best. In a large hospital setting I did not feel like just another patient. It was a great experience and I look forward to our relationship in the future. I would highly recommend Dr. Velasquez. Dr. Hermès is a highly recommended doctor. Aug 24 2020 saw him for sleep apnea. 1 month later I found out his staff lost my paperwork. Called back about 10 times to talk to someone. No one picking up. Left messages. No call back! Finally doctor called me and apologized for his staff. Got me scheduled for sleep study. Finally got it done. Waited 2 weeks again trying to get results. I have Severe Sleep apnea stopping breathing 46 times an hour. Sleep about 3 to 4 hours a night maybe. Doctor said he would send out to insurance company ASAP. The staff failed to give the Insurance company complete info. Another delay! It’s Nov 3 2020 no cpap machine. Blood pressure at 178 over 110. Stage 2 Severe. I can not get a call back again after repeated attempts and messages left. He is affiliated with Cleveland Clinic Vero Beach. I’m probably going to stroke out or have a heart attack soon. This doctor or his staff should be ashamed of the way this has been handled. My wife has all records if I die!

Dr Velasquez is very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He is very respectful of the patient’s questions and concerns and responds clearly, succinctly and completely.

I had a great first visit. Everyone that helped me out showed lots of professional ways.

My brother was in a comma at IRMC. His lungs were involved and Dr. Velasquez started treating him. Long story short my brother pulled through in large part due to Dr. Velasquez.
