He was so interested in my health and that day he fit me in and he is not even my Dr. I was so pleased I want him to be my Dr. He was patient and listened. He spent every bit of 20 minutes talking of things to help my health!!!

Dr. Acker is the Gold Standard of physicians....he is, perhaps, the most respected AND admired family doctor I'm the Fort Wayne Medical establishment. We proudly consider Dr. Acker a "cherished member" of our family. He is, quite simply' the BEST of the BEST!!

I have a great experience, every time I go there. Dr. Acker is very caring and knowledgeable person. And his staff is very friendly.

Being a patient of Dr Acker for 55 years, I would whole heartedly recommend him. Has always been professional and caring about his patients. I do not care for the new phone system at his office. Even using the patient portal for refills,etc., I can expect to wait days and sometimes weeks for a response and a few times I have had to make requests 2 and 3 more times. It was a great visit! Dr. Acker answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough exam. I have been coming to him for a long time and he always treats me with respect and kindness. He made several suggestions how I can be more healthy and take care re of myself better. I will never hesitate to call him if I have questions or concerns.

Dr. Acker has been my doctor for MANY years. What a wonderful doctor and man! He makes as much time for his patients as needed and more. I have been going to Dr. Acker for over 50 years .

As always, very welcoming, professional and thorough. Dr. Acker listens! His team is exceptional and caring.

As always ( over at least 50? years), I can't say enough about how fortunate I am to have Dr. Acker as my doctor and friend. He is an excellent diagnostician. Always listens, never rushes me and fixes the problem. Don't retire!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Acker's - for over 30 years! No time during those years has he been anything but professionally astute - stays on top of his game; compassionate; good listener; a man of integrity, honor and he will do whatever it takes to get to the root cause of my health issues. He is a pharmacist also so he is outstanding at prescribing the correct medications that work well together. Not only is he an outstanding doctor, he is also an outstanding human being.!

Dr. Acker is what doctors should all be like: He is caring, compassionate, takes his time with each patient. He makes you feel like you are his ONLY concern. He listens and asks questions to make sure he has an accurate picture of the problem. He uses common sense in his approach to treatment. He is not a pill pusher. He's the BEST!!! He has been my doctor for over 25 years!
