Henry Klar Yaggi

I saw Dr. Yaggi after being referred by my migraine neurologist, who suspected I may have sleep apnea. I couldn’t be happier with the care I have received from Dr. Yaggi and his staff. Following a home study, it was determined that I have obstructive sleep apnea, and Dr. Yaggi started me on the use of an APap machine every night. The benefits, a year later, include restful, deep sleep, and I awaken with energy and ready to face my day. I no longer feel the need for a daily long nap of 2 -3 hours because of poor sleep. My migraine headaches have been cut in half! Dr. Yaggi is currently helping me with difficulties in falling asleep. We are experimenting with different types of head gear for my APap machine, and I am going to be seeing a specialist, to fine tune my bedtime and sleep routines. I love that he really listens to my concerns, takes the time to explain things in a clear, concise manner, and that he thinks outside the box regarding treatment options. Prior to this, other doctors would simply suggest I take a sleep medicine such as Ambien. I was adamant that I don’t want to use such medication types, because I have other health issues and must take medications for those. I did not want to take yet another kind of medication. I want to also mention, the staff at the sleep clinic is as kind and supportive as Dr. Yaggi. It is an office in which patients can feel supported and valued.
