Dr. Sacks was very easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly. The receptionist was also friendly and pleasant to talk to. The office has not embraced IT (i think everything is handwritten), but I appreciated the slow paced, individualized attention, and thoroughness. My family has been going to Dr. Sacks for years for various issues. He is an excellent, knowledgeable doctor and a very decent person, always professional and friendly. He makes a genuine effort to get to know his patients, and many younger doctors could learn a lot about bedside manner from him. His staff is always nice as well. Best Dermatologist ever takes excellent care of my family issues.

Dr.Sacks has the time to devote to each patient's individual problems. Hd is highly attentive and solves your problems most economical. He doesn't recommend products unless they are effective.

I called this office to get a fax number and the receptionist rudely gave it to me and hung up on me with out saying goodbye, I wasn't even done talking. I wouldn't even bother going in because of the receptionist!

This review is not about the doctor, but the staff. The office staff is so rude and condescending to patients, I'm surprised they are still in business. Just so you know, they talk about everyone that comes in and make negative comments when you are out of earshot. The front desk girl rolled her eyes at me and shrugged when I told her I had an emergency.
