The experience with Dr. Pham and staff was very pleasant. As a mom, I was terrified at the fact that my son had surgery and be put to sleep but speaking with staff at Memorial made me feel more at ease with the procedure. We are so glad we were referred to him.

I had kidney stones through Christmas and needed treatment before international travel in January. Dr. Pham fit me in and urgently arranged for imaging and lithotripsy treatment. He followed up each imaging and treatment with personal phone calls for follow-up without the need to go back into the office. All care was professional, quick and efficient. Can't be more pleased with his care.

Best urologist ever. I started using Dr Pham when I lived in Sugar Land and have continued to use him when we moved to Canyon Lake and then to Lakeway. I visited to the doctor on 10/18/2021and at the time of schedule On phone and then on the first visit my ID+ Insurance which is United Healthcare dual complete HMO D (SNP) Medicare advantage card and community plan Medicaid both the cards have them to copy for their informations. Now I received ln last week of Nov.2021 with last payment date is Dec.1, 2021. I called them that I am not suppose to pay $50.49 because on at the appointment phone nobody mentioned me or on the front desk that I have to pay 20% of the Medicaid part by myself because we don't accept Medicaid. I am sorry to say other than all the staff is very rude thay don't want to talk to patient and to satisfy. Dr Henry is an amazing doctor, very friendly and he explained me everything before my Turp surgery I highly recommend him.

Front Desk wasn’t rude just incompetent. Verified my insurance before coming in. Was told procedure would be covered since I met deductible for the year. I asked a couple times if she was sure because I did not believe it. Upon filling out paperwork and going into visit, they brought me a bill. Needlessly to say I did not go through with the appointment and they charged me a cancelation fee because the clerk was either dumb or playing dumb since it’s slow and they obviously need the money. They have the rudist receptionist I've ever met. First she calls me to tell me I'm self pay then gets annoyed I'm asking her questions, then she says I have to let her know right now whether I want to keep the appointment this second, and says I have to pay a $50 fee if I don't cancel on time. So I told them I'd call back and let them know if I want to cancel. So I didn't cancel and I called this morning and she said they cancelled my appointment because I didn't confirm. Dr Pham is great found my tumor at a stage 1, got me in surgery ASAP. However the girls and the receptionist he has working for him are not so pleasant and needs to be trained again on how to talk to patients. Wish he was a PCP! So extremely patient, informative and Really took his time to explain the procedure and make us comfortable.

Dr Henry is outstanding. He focuses on overall well being and mindfulness. Back office people are great as well.

I haven’t been able to take my son yet because of my work schedule. But So far the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. Receptionist CRYSTAL is very very Rude and unprofessional They hang up the phone on you because you rescheduled last min and they don’t seem to care what you have going on as to why your rescheduling. I don’t even get to talk to the nurse for Dr Pham when trying to take care of my son and receive medical advice .

My dad went to Dr Pham for treatment of prostate cancer. Couldn't have had a more compassionate and professional doctor! Took time to explain every procedure and never rushed when asked questions. I am a RN and would never hesitate to recommend Dr Pham to anyone that needs a urologist. Expect quality care when you come to his office.

Highly professional. Very detailed information discussed with his patients. Provides a very conducive atmosphere.

Just want to say that I have never written a review for a dr before... the TRUTH is Dr Pham is truly very caring and smart but most of all, thoughtful!!! He sees patients EVERY morning... in case someone is seriously in NEED of his help!!! Also because he doesn’t want to be distracted during surgery and has to be rushed to get back to his office! My husband has been his patient for the past 4 years.... and we will continue to do yearly visits FOREVER!!! Because it is important!!!! My daughter’s father in law also sees Dr Pham regularly for his prostrate cancer and is now doing great! But... most recently for my daughter that is 4 months pregnant. She started having terrible issues with having a full bladder and completely unable to pee!!! I called Alice... “ the BEST DR. ASSISTANT EVER!!!” andddd they saw her the same day!!!!! Dr.Pham is by far the best doctor I have ever visited. He truly cares about his patients. He has been treating me for prostate cancer for 4 years. I highly recommend him as a Uroligist.

I have seen Dr. Pham for over 20 years and feel very comfortable with his guidance on my prostrate problems.

I made an appointment for October 24 for myself and was unable to make it due to work and I was meaning to call them that morning but it slipped my mind. Sorry I'm human. It was an emergency that was related to work. I called them today November 1st to make another appointment and keep in mind that my husband went to this doctor for his vasectomy earlier this year. The lady I spoke with said that they were going to charge me $50 for a no show. I told her that my husband was a pt. there and if they could wave that fee for me or I can go somewhere else. She said it was up to the doctor. She came back on and said for me to find another doctor. Well, you lost two pt. now. Very unprofessional and you will not get my $50 bucks. Don't come here. They didn't even call and check up on my husband after the procedure. I work in the medical field and will make sure not to refer this doctor to no one!

Excellent bedside manner

Dr. Pham is by far one of the best Dr's we have ever seen. Dr Pham is very detailed and his bed side manner is phenomenal. We 100% recommend Dr Pham. Dr Phams staff is just as caring. Thank Y'all for caring...

One of the best docs I know. The entire staff and team are top notch. Super helpful and they genuinely care about your well being. Doc even followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing (that's rare these days).

In addition to his education, work experience, general and scientific knowledge, this doctor carefully studies the patient's medical history, listens and explains to the patient honestly and nicely what needs to be done . I am a patient who feels full of confidence under the treatment of this doctor and his diligent staff.

Just got a vasectomy here. The staff politely and thoroughly answered all my ridiculous questions over the phone and in the pre-procedure meeting. During the procedure, Dr. Pham was great. He explained everything except when I told him I didn't need any more details. We then had a great conversation about life and religion. Dr. Pham is one of the first doctors that I feel is truly interested in building a relationship between doctor and patient. Two minute exam and he ordered a MRl. After 4 recent scans (ordered by another doctor) I didn't want to be radiated again on the word of someone who spent no time with me. So he tells me I'm fat and have hip pain despite having my clean hip x-ray results. I should reduce to 900 cal/day and hire a trainer. If he spent any time talking to me he'd know that I'm down 25lbs in 2 months working with my PCP and am quite active. His next suggestion was to ride out the pain.Was also very condescending

Doctor Pham is a no nonsense professional. He is thorough at ascertaining what the patience has a problem with and then explaining to the patient the solutions available to correct that problem.

Dr.Pham is a very humble/caring doctor. He actually listens to the patient ! And never orders tests that are unnecessary. Go to him. You will not be disappointed.

In a word AWESOME!! This doctor has your best interest at heart! Would give more than 5 stars if it were possible!

I can't recommend this doctor enough. I work in medical billing and coding so I know a lot of doctors. Dr. Pham truly does care and made the procedure painless and easy. His staff eased my fears in the first 15 minutes and took the time necessary to explain everything in great detail. During the procedure, Dr. Pham kept me calm by distracting with talk about cycling. Procedure was done in roughly 35 minutes. I had pretty intense pain after the local anesthetic wore off. I called Dr. Pham after hours and he was more than willing to both answer the call and call in a prescription for me. Excellent customer service right there. Will recommend him hands down.
