The pill pusher, stoned patients in waging area their office visits cancelled up come in and pick up your prescription. Office with filthy, smelled like a dirty litter box. No I’d tags. Offered me an Epidural in his office WTF, or you have a very low dose of pain meds let me increase the dosage from 5/325 to......a much higher amount. The DEA should review his triplicate scripts going back 5 years. The assistant kept interrupting the so called consult to have him sign script.

HORRIBLE RUN, RUN, RUN. I was sent to this rehabilitation center to see a Pain Specialist Dr. Henry Levenson. My primary physician KNOWING how badly I hurt my back which I fight DDD and spinal stenosis, realized that prendinson wouldn't be enough and I would need a epidural to relieve the nerves that are highly inflamed. Fast forward to my provider denying said request and I fought it, however when my Provider told me what Dr. Levenson's office needed to do which was quite simple, they sat on this for over a week. I'm calling in desperation to my Provider, nope they haven't resubmitted yet. I get my insurance company involved and they TRIED to contact this office. Finally they submit another request and instead of expediting it they put it thru as NORMAL. So my Provider tells me to get ahold of them to get them to change it otherwise it will take another week. Now here is the clencher, the assistant Topaz NEVER EVER answers her phone. And now I can't even leave a message because she DOESN'T PICK UP HER MESSAGES AND HER MAIL BOX IS FULL. Meanwhile I call this Rehabilitation Center to please help me since his assistant won't and apparently the girl who does these leaves by 1:00 everyday!!!! SERIOUSLY THIS IS A PAIN SPECIALIST AND REHABILITATION CENTER. I've never been treated so poorly with such lack of care or sense of urgency. In the meantime my primary physician is freaking out because I'm left to sit in this excruciating pain. What is the sad part is that I am too far into this to change Dr.'s. though will be after this cluster of confusion and lack of caring is straightened out. HORRIBLE RUN, RUN, RUN. … More
