I called their office to schedule an appointment. Dr. Kurzydlowski called me back & we spoke for about 15 min on current pain, how it started, treatment, best treatment for my type of pain, etc. Ultimately, Dr. K suggested a university hospital for my type of pain. Extremely nice & honest. Dr. K took the time to speak to me, talk about my issue & make a great suggestion, without me being a patient. That is incredibly rare today. Had a procedure done with Dr. Henry and there was no follow up. I was in extreme pain, could not sleep due to the pain and was under major distress. The office avoided my calls and disregarded my symptoms. The office staff, especially Agnes were of no help. I could not lift my arm or turn my neck and they expected me to come in after the big snow storm, however my car was buried under four feet of snow. I asked for a option B, and apparently option B was for thr Dr. to go on vacation and not care about my aftercare. I was injured in a serious traffic accident. I had undergone physical therapy for two months, which did not resolve the pain in my neck. An orthopedic specialist sent me to Dr. Kurzydlowski. It was determined that cortisone shots were needed and he very professionally performed the procedures.Excellent doctor!

Best doctor in Illinois

I had a spinal fusion with rods, cage, screws L4 to cocsis successfully 2007. A few years later I learned I had bilateral sciatica and Degenerative Disc Disease at same location as sciatic nerve on each side, excruciating no matter what. Once I received an epidural from Dr. Kurzydlowski, no more pain. It lasted several years and repeated again and lasted for several years. Last time I went, Dr. Kurzydlowski reviewed my x-rays and said try physical therapy. He noticed 2 new areas of disc degeneration. He told me that PT would relieve the constricted muscles and nerves and give a chance for discs to heal. As I have always experienced, the PT worked that the doctor recommended. I have a very good relationship with Dr Kurzydlowski, he listens to my concerns, he is very good at explaining what my issues are and how to treat them.

Accurate diagnosis, helpful, I highly recommend him for pain management. I have referred many patients to Dr. K and they are as happy as I am. I have to say he knows what he is doing and when he tells you to do something he is right!

3 problems thru the years, neck, hip and back... Dr K fixed them all.the only thing i din't like was arriving at 7 AM and getting my shot at 9:30 AM
