I was referred to GI with another group in Hattiesburg by my PCP which would’ve taken 3 weeks fo be seen. I couldn’t wait that long due to being so sick and was able to reach out to Hattiesburg GI and get an appointment within 2 days. Dr. Fox is one of the most thorough doctors I have seen since being sick. He and his nurse Becky are so kind and compassionate!

Dr Fox is the very best. He is also kind, compassionate, and caring. I know I’m in the best hands every time I have to get a procedure. I feel very blessed to have this wonderful doctor in my home town. He treats me like I’m invaluable and I trust him completely. I got food stuck in my esophagus and had to have emergency endoscopy to get it out. With Dr Fox helping me though it and removing the blockage, I felt completely safe. He was reassuring, and made this experience as painless and not scary as possible. His bedside manner is truly comforting, friendly, and very caring. That’s in addition to being an extremely gifted and incredible doctor. My whole family uses him. We all love him. He is a true asset to Hattiesburg. He’s just the best.

Dr. Fox did a scope and refused to record an objective diagnosis based on the footage. Instead, he recorded subjective opinions as to why I have gastroparesis. When I asked to have the diagnosis recorded as well, he refused and banned me from his practice. I have never met another doctor so juvenile, pompous, and foolish! Very rude and abrupt!

I don't know WHO the individual was who wrote a short, nasty review of this man and his staff, but let me clear things up: I am a 66-year-old woman with serious G.I. issues. Dr. Fox has been my physician for over three years. He is an UNCOMMONLY skilled and compassionate man who takes all the time I need when I see him. His staff are ALL extremely professional, kind and caring people. There is NEVER a wait, NEVER a problem with billing, NEVER a 'hitch' when I have an appointment - and there have been PLENTY of those over the past 3 years! My life is in this man's hands, and I would NOT have it any other way. I have seen a lot of 'doctors' in my life, but never one as capable AND personally committed to me as this one - NEVER. IF you have any qualms about Dr. Fox, or his partners, or his staff - try them. You will find that the one person who posted a nasty, trashy review is an 'outliar.'
