Dr. Bone saved my childs life. He is beyond wise. I owe him everything.

Terrible experiences all year long. Dr. Bone has still not followed through on sending information to another doctor that he promised. Another instance of a prescription refill took 5 calls to him from me and the pharmacy to get it done. He is condescending and rude, just awful to deal with.

Terrible, terrible bedside manner. When I spoke up and questioned some things, he said and I quote, "If you know so much then why are you here?" Totally wanted to be the boss...not into being a team player with the patient herself. Yes, he is knowledgeable but, unless you like to be treated as less than, find another doctor.

He is condescending, rude, nasty, haughty.......not kind, not caring, enjoys being all these. He wasted my time, billed my insurance, and didn't help me. Never go to him. The Doctor was very friendly and very conscientious. He spent a considerable amount of time with me. I didn't know what to expect but I was completely impressed with Dr. Bone and his staff.

Dr Bone has become increasingly demeaning, impatient and arrogant. He became rude, defensive , and angry when l asked questions. I have left his office feeling humiliated, verbally abused and angry. He has a reputation as being an expert in his field and this may still be true but his bedside manner and treatment of others lack respect. I will never return and will be followed elsewhere. Dr.Bone took me on- with no hesitation. I came from North Carolina, with only physician notes to show- Him and his staff took fabulous care of my Facial Fibrous Dysplasia!!!

Excellent Doctor. Dr. Bone is warm and friendly, while still being thorough and professional (and he has a nice sense of humor.) He is an expert in his field, especially as it pertains to conditions of bone. Highly recommended.

I have a genetic condition that has caused that has sent me to numerous specialists and gps for over 50 years. I ran into Dr. Bone over 30 years ago. He was so valuable to me in understanding exactly what I was going to experience in my life. His forecast has all come to be true. I am definitely what I call ‘high maintenance’. Dr. Bone helped me the most by never sugarcoating anything. He taught me at a young age to understand the quality or quantity of life. Sometimes they do not work together and I will have to make a choice. Thanks Dr. Bone for all the care that you have given me over the years. I have always appreciated your straightforward approach. Extremely pleasant employees who made you feel comfortable from the time you walked in to the time you left. Dr. Bone was thorough and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan in detail. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Majority of office and medical staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, namely technician Pam. I am baffled how she is in health care with her clear lack of compassion and poor attitude. Dr. Bone does not give consideration to feedback about staff, and therefore probably will not review with his team the criticisms received. I am putting this review to make people aware. Reviews before mine confirm this poor experience. I will not be back to this office because of the lack of professionalism and compassion among the majority of the members of this staff. As part of a health care team, they are missing the "care" part. I will no longer be a patient at this office. I think Dr Bond is an excellent doctor. I ha be been his patient for 10+ years. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Today I had an appointment with Dr. Bone. He was great. He spent a lot of time with me, explaining my situation and making recommendation. Iwill see him again a year from now for a bone density test and go from there. Also his staff was great. Friendly and kind.

The staff does there job but are not friendly. Dr Bone is a stroy of his own. I have seen many dr's being with my health conditions but dr bone takes the cake as being the worst ive ever seen. He is very cocky and does not make you feel welcomed there is alot of negative things that I could say but ill save you the hassle do not take you or your loved loves to this monster. Horrible doctor and extremely rude. Dr Bone will talk to you with an attitude and wont listen to anyones inputs. Gets upset and frustrated easily and you can tell that hes not pasionate about his job. When i went in today, he gave me the attitude as if i was wasting his time. Look further and find a doctor who will actually pay attention to what you have to say. I would never recommend Dr. Bone to anyone. Horrible doctor and extremely rude. Dr bone is very thorough, polite, and experienced. Some say arrogant but not at all! He is highly knowledgable but also takes the time to listen. Yes he recommended further testing for me but justifiably so and I'm glad he is so detailed. I would highly recommend Dr. Bone for anything bone related for sure.

Dr. Bone took extreme concern of my mothers health. He went out of his way. above and beyond of what I could have hoped for.

When I signed in at the desk, Not one of the three staff members acknowledged me in ANY way. I was directly in front of a woman who was on the phone. When I walked up to the window I said ?Hello? with a smile on my face. This woman did not even give me a nod !!! I have never been treated so poorly in any professional setting HOWEVER, The nurse that does the bone density testing could not have been more lovely, informative and kind !!!!!!!!

Dr bone makes you feel like a waste of space he has no compassion and is very cocky he is right and you are wrong what more do i need to say?

Dr. Bone was convinced there was an underlying cause for my osteoporosis, and after many years of seeing him off-&on, never did a thing for me other than recommend further tests.

A fantastic experience! Dr. Bone is the only Dr. I trust with my bone density scans, my Osteoporosis is severe so I need the best. If the meds I am currently using don't help I will be going to him for experimental meds, that's how much I trust him. His staff is beyond wonderful as well! All in all a great experience with a new (at that time) Dr. and we all know how rare that is. A fantastic experience!
