Dr. Hemant N Shah

Excellent doctor, top-notch staff I had an epidural and was a little nervous, his staff put me at ease and the procedure went flawless.

This is difficult. I like Dr. Shah. He has always been professional and I felt comfortable with his recommendations. Unfortunately I cannot separate Dr. Shah with his business/staff. I was seeing Dr Shah about severe and continuous back pain. Dr. Shah recommended a steroid shot and his "team" submitted a request for approval. The request was denied because his "team" did not submit information to support the request. The Ins Co called twice and had to leave messages which were "never returned" Consequently, I had to experience continuous pain and seek another office to obtain services. I sent Dr Shah a second email explaining the situation and he said he would speak with his "team" to find out what happened. Dr Shah never got back to me. That alone should give one caution. Finally, one of his staff who answers the phone and takes appointments was rarely helpful and frequently deflected issues to Dr. Shah. I'm not sure who the "team" is, but the staff is not large. He is a very kind and caring doctor doesn't rush appointment hardly no wait on visit and he listens

This is the only Doctor that has seriously helped my pain.
