My wife and I just went to see him for our annual checkup. Dr Painter is a real doctor, one of those you hear about from your friends. He truly cares about his patients and looking at the data to make decisions, and changing decisions based on new data. One of a kind and a very funny guy. I locked my car next to his building. He helped me out let me stay on his office untill someone to pick me up. A person like that deserves the best in the world.

Dr. Painter is the most attentive and generous doctor in Orlando...he takes time to listen to you and time to explain things as well. Furthermore, I have gotten more reflective advice from him than my Psychiatrist!

HORRIBLE! Waited patiently for a return call to be seen and was laughed at when I called back three hours later. This is how you treat your clients?

Dr Painter is the best

We are so glad and lucky to have found Dr. Painter, we have been going to him now for about 10-11 years. We had a couple times tried 2 Doctors closer to us, but were disappointed compared to him. We drive about 20 miles to see him. He methodically takes the time to keep us up to date and explains things and takes the time with us both my wife and I to make us feel he cares. Can't beat this man for his caring and kindness and professional character. A friend and a great Physician. Gerald(Jerry) and Gloria Rowan.

CIytust him implecitly, onside rate and thorough. never gives excessive medication and has effectively looked after my wellbeing for past12years from flu to stroke recovery.

My mother in law showed obvious signs of dementia and I asked for Dr. Painter on several occasions to come by the house and assess her as she was a danger for elopement and exploitation, which both had occurred. He did not help at all and insisted, all in front of my mother in law, her memory loss, ability to balance, not able to recall objects in a short amount of time, etc. was due to her age. Long story short, he misdiagnosed her and now refuses to service her, which is a truly a blessing .

Well. He said ge would come to d house to see my mother. Waited and when i call the office they said , "he's not making house calls cause the patient is too sick and takes to many meds"hello i think a Dr. is needed when a person is sick. Not to be sympathetic. Lousy doctor. I guess he's good when a person is healthy. ????????????????????????

I was told he would be out to see me the day after I made the phone call. The receptionist was well aware of where I lived, as she had my address info. The next morning I hadn't heard anything so I called back & was told I had to pay him a $200 deductible per MY insurance before he would come out. I told her I'd NEVER had a deductible on my insurance. She said she'd talk to the dr & call me back. I then called my insurance company & confirmed that in fact there was NO DEDUCTIBLE & that he was indeed within my network. I called the office back & proceeded to try & tell her what my insurance company said & heard a man with a heavy accent in the background talking. She abruptly cut me off mid sentence & put me on hold & came back a few minutes later telling me she still was waiting for the Dr to call her back. About 1/2 hr later she called me back & told me that the Dr would NOT be coming out to see me because I was "too far away". Too far away? I reminded her that she had known ALL ALONG that I was in St. Cloud & it wasn't a problem until she/the Dr knew that I wasn't about to pay the $200 "deductible". I feel like we were being scammed for $200 deductible & when I called them out on it, they wanted nothing to do with helping me! His office is literally 1/2 hr from my home. This doctor is really good ...my Dads health improved by his overall treatment and care

I have known Dr. Painter as a Medical Doctor of a company I was employed with some many years back. He made such an impression on me I decided to see him as my PCP. I had to stop seeing him due to an insurance issue, as was so disappointed. Well recently to my delight, I looked him up and was so overjoyed to see that he was still practising and he took my insurance. My medical issues today are extremely serious and have been to see a handful of PCP's, but because of my medical issues, I had not been comfortable to continue because of me not feeling sure that they would be part of a team for me with my other Physicians. I made an appointment with Dr. Painter, and he still was that, concerned caring Physician that I once knew from years back, even more so that my case was so complex. He sat and listened, and took a punch of notes, as well as going over medical records I brought in on my visit. Because of my medical issues being so complex, he had his staff graciously, reschedule my next visit, accordingly, to be able to get a more clear and through picture at would be more best to continue my care. Dr. Hemant Painter, I would Highly recommend to anyone. Finally, I have worked in the Medical Field for over 25+ years, and to see below comments of being unhappy about coming out to do home visit's, just further proves my point about Dr. Painter. On a scale of 1-10, to find a PCP, to come out and even do a home visit, within the last 15-20 year's, is at best a scale of less than 1. We have had to go to a large number of doctors and we were extremity happy to find Dr. Painter. We found him very knowledgeable and caring as well. He took the time needed to fully understand the problems we have and his office was very helpful with follow up as well. Also, all the specialists we asked to be recommended have also proven to be good doctors so that we have built a great deal of trust in Dr. Painter and find he is a treasure, especially compared to many others. He is a AMAZING doctor he comes to the house to do in home visits for my crippled grandmother. His staff is also amazing they are very helpfull every time I call in for something I get a answer back immediately. He comes the same day we call him. I could not ask for better doctor

I am a 69 year old retired Army officer and have seen more than my share of physicians. Without reservation I can say that Dr. Painter is the most empathetic and caring doctors I've ever seen. He spends quality time with his patients to ensure he fully comprehends the needs of the patient. You will never see him checking his watch in the presence of a patient or saying "Well, our time is up". You will never get turned away if you are sick because his schedule is full. If you are sick you will be seen. To complement his exceptional professionalism, his staff is highly efficient, courteous and always helpful. This is the best doctor for colds and flu! They always have availability to see me as soon as possible. They are really helpful with things like insurance and send me prescriptions directly to my pharmacy.
