It feels like a revolving door. Doesn’t take time to listen to patients concerns even when mentioning chest pain. Very poor care. I am finding someone else.

Have been going there almost 4 years I get the same scripts. With a rare blood disorder it’s very hard to get out especially when I don’t get treated right for the side effects of my disease anxiety medication,insomnia medication then to be having an attack from a medication she changed me to that was on the dangerous list. ALWAYS pleasant and attentive. My Dad and I always get hugs because we just love her. She is our guardian angel!

I love the staff at this office. Daisy is sweet and easy and Anna is calm and informative. They set the office tone to be finely treated by Dr. B who is knowledgeable and will discuss what ever issue you have. All in all a good medical office I would recommend to anyone.

Very caring people. Great staff, extra nice facility. They deal well with both children and elderly. School, sports, and DOT physicals. All insurance, Medicare & Medicaid, and "My Georgia Doctor" Plan accepted. Appointments very easy to get, whenever you need them. Rarely any wait time. They use Publix free Rx when available, and have several 80% discount Rx plans at lots of other pharmacies too. Very caring people. Great staff, extra nice facility. I am highly satisfied with this doctor. I have been under her care for 8 years more or less. I feel I am being given the kind of care that you expect from a health care provider. She is kind,patient and compassionate!!!

I think that Dr. Byrapuneni is a bright MD, but it was frustrating to deal with the mistakes. Prescriptions halfway completed, radiology orders with the incorrect procedure checked, and missing prescriptions in paperwork factored into the scoring. Dr. B does not listen well to the patient. I mentioned a concern and before I could finish, she was rattling off possibilities which if she had listened, I had already tried those things. So, in effect she needs to listen and ask more questions.
