Was told to wait a week and go somewhere else. Ended up with major sinus infection and had Covid symptoms. Was a negative result but should have been given a test from them instead of doing it myself. What a waste of a copay

Sent me to collections without even the courtesy of a phone call. They were sending the bill to my last address even though I gave them my current one. I guess they don't like repeat customers here.

Worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. In a terrible mood from the onset, the doctor was quite rude and disinterested. With a disengaged attitude it seemed like he wished to quickly dismiss me. The cherry on top of the cake was that despite I said from the start I was having problems sleeping, he prescribed a drug which mentioned insomnia as a side effect! Great...

Was forced to have him as my primary care physician by Medicaid. Made me feel like I had to jump through hoops to get medical care.

Dr. Aggarwal, is one of the rudest doctors that I have ever met ! He is not helpful, and I felt that I was a burden as his patient. You can I bet I will report him to my insurance company.

Rude and sexist, will not listen to you and never calls in the prescription when needed. This man is the best example of how not to do internal medicine. Even the pharmacy techs had something to say about how he runs his business and it is not good.

Dr. Aggarwal and staff members are just great people. They really care about taking care of their patients. Dr. Aggarwal always explains your condition and the care you will need. A great choice if you are looking for a family doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Aggarwal for over 9 years and he is great! He is a doctor who listens and cares about your life and health. He takes the time to know you. I don’t feel like I am a number to him. If he has to spend a little more time with you, then he will do that. He doesn’t rush you to get you out the door. His staff is excellent. They are very professional and personable. It’s rare when you find a doctor and staff that meets and exceeds your expectations. This office does. Within a year I’m moving out of state. I wish I could pack this office up and move them with me. If you looking for a great physician with knowledge and compassion and a super staff then schedule you an appointment with Sugar Grove. Dr Aggarwal spends time discussing things with his patients. He never makes you feel like he is in a hurry. Very knowledgeable!

Short, rude, not accommodating, condescending.

Rude man. Always trying to SELL you something, literally, like vitamins or botox or laxatives.Completely Ignores requests for RX refills even when they are life saving meds you have been on for years. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a doctor.

My whole family has been seeing Dr. Aggarwal for years now and we are very pleased! The staff is very friendly! They always listen to what your concerns are and does their best to make time for you when you need to be seen ASAP!

The staff and doctor are absolutely amazing! Very professional and thorough! I bring my entire family here and I never have a long wait. Doc has always been able to get us in the same day I call! I also like that he explains and is also to the point no sugar coating anything! He's great!!
