I would give no stars if that were an option. This doctor does not care about her patients, fails to provide refills in a timely manor, leaves her patients without their necessary medications while she's unreachable out of state with no one covering her service. Forcing patients to go cold turkey after years of being on said medications is absolutely dangerous, she is going to cost someone their life. She withholds meds if she believes you owe money - whether you do or don't. Has been to jail for tax fraud and had sanctions on her Kentucky license for the above behaviors, do your research there is so much more she is guilty of and do not trust or go to this pain clinic! Dr Westbrook is a danger to patients and should not be allowed to practice!

She always lets me know exactly what my x-rays MRI etc say. Well mannered.

Worst doctor ever! She already decided before she opened the exam room door that there was nothing wrong with me. I had back surgery 2 yrs ago my pain should of been gone but it isn't I live in constant pain every day I don't ask for pain meds I just wanted her to fix my back give me some relief but to her I was just another drug addict seeking drugs. By the way I have not ever done drugs nor will I ever, just would like to thank Dr. Westbrook for looking at me through judging eyes!

Dr. Westbrook is wonderful, she listens and has real solutions to chronic pain. The staff is always helpful, kind, and prompt.
