If I could give a lower rating I would. My son was seen for a rash and only given Benadryl and was cleared to go back to school the next day. Well the next day came and his condition worsened I tried calling the “doctors” to get him the proper medication but that was pointless. So I took him back to the clinic so they could see how bad his condition had gotten and they almost turned us away because they “don’t take walk ins” well I disagree with that if the condition of a patient has not gotten better if the medication the “experts” prescribed hasn’t helped. So after a few words with the front desk they decided to speak to doctor and they decided to see him. On top of everything I also had to pay another co-pay which I think is completely outrages when the issue should’ve been taken care of the first time. Please avoid this clinic and go somewhere else!

The time for appointment versus actual visit to see the doctor is not accurate. You may do the questionnaire as required to sign in for the patient, but you are not guaranteed your time to be seen. Granted the influx in patient care vs. patient visit, it would be nice to be notified of changes to be seen by the doctor. Will get pushed to the back of the line when we are late for appointments as is.

I love Dr.Liptakova so much. She has been seeing both my children and was even my own pediatrician when I was in my late teens. You will never find someone who cares for your children more. She always takes very good care of my children and makes sure you get everything that you need for them.

The actual doctor, Dr. Liptakova, has been the best for the longest time. I been bringing my kids here for years. The rating is more for the assistants taking and making appointments. They have gone down hill so so so much in the last two years. No longer take walk ins, no longer same day appointments, when you call they make it sound like you are inconvenience them. They try to get you to go to a night clinic instead. The only reason I stayed with them even when they changed locations is because of how amazing Liptakova is with my kids. It's like her assistants don't want her to help people. They are trying to push away her patients. Great experinece my daughter feels very comfortable with all of the staff. We never have to wait long to get in for an appt. This place is very clean and staff is very nice.

Staff is so unprofessional and unpleasant to be around.The moment you walk in the door it feels like you are a problem to them. They can keep us waiting for 30 mins to an hour just to see the doctor.

Worst doctor ever I went in for my daughter two months old she didn’t prescribe any medication for my daughter. I had to ask her for a referral for a pulmonary MD. Then the office didn’t send in the referral to the HMO I had to go in wait in there office for them to call BCBSTX I have been a nurse for 12 years and have never seen such poor judgment from a doctor. This lady is telling COVID POSITIVE patients it’s okay to hang out with friends and family as long as you have no fever and body aches! They don’t take it serious enough to wear masks anymore! This lady has my sister telling friends and family it’s not something to worry about. Disgusting!!

They don't deserve even one star. After Dr. Liptakova completely disregarded my eight year old's complaint. I was forced to take him to the emergency room. After calling for a follow up appointment. I was hung up on twice. 0 out of 0 stars do not recommend.

Worst place period!!!!

Excellent pediatrician! Dr Liptakova is always very warm, friendly and engaging. She treats her patients and parents with dignity and respect. I would recommend Dr Liptakova to anyone looking for a great pediatrician. She is so awesome that I drive all the way from Santa Teresa NM to see her in northeast El Paso. My children have been going to this pediatric office for 5 and 1/2 years. We have had nothing but the best experience. My children have ranged from the ages of two to 18. This office generally cares about you and your children.

Office staff does not wear masks. No COVID exposure questions or temperature checks. No social distancing spacing in the waiting room.

She is a very ignorant doctor, I took my daughter because I noticed that her feet were crooked and she told me that it was normal that nothing was wrong, I was not satisfied and I took her to a specialist, the specialist told me that if we don’t fix her feet before she turns 7 her bones would stay like that forever causing pain and complications as she grew older, so we had to put braces on her every night, do exercises and use shoe insoles to turn her feet in the opposite direction so that she could walk well. Doctor Liptakova is great! Her staff though something else. All of them are rude. The phone never gets answered and when you go they are always talking about their personal life’s and problems. Dr. Liptakova is an amazing pediatrician. She has been incredibly helpful with me and my children and for these past 5 years, I am thankful for. It saddens me that I have to change pediatricians due to her office being extraordinarily difficult to contact. My son is on a controlled prescription and it’s already time consuming contacting them monthly to get it refilled, however, days run out if no one ever calls back let alone even pick up the phone. Thankfully my sons life isn’t dependent of this medication but he most certainly needs it. I can’t imagine what frustration the parents of children with greater needs must feel. It’s been the 4th straight month of this and it’s going to have to be the last. I work in the healthcare industry. And sometimes, I cover front desk for my team. I understand some patients have unreasonable expectations and feel they are entitled with everything. But making little kids waiting an hour AFTER the appointment time is just wrong. When we have emergencies like provider calling sick, computer system failure or something else. We have protocol to follow and try to HELP patients, explain to them and find solutions. Well, Northeast is developing so fast, even if unhappy customers don't come back, you still have more customers than you can handle. This clinic could have some better management. Dr. Liptakova has been one of the best doctors I have even known. My daughter's pediatrician retired when she was 2 months old and Dr. Liptakova replaced him. It’s the second time that I try to make an appointment for my son who is sick and not only did they not see him saying they were busy but the receptionist cut me off when I was trying to explain what was going on with my son. In the 2 times I went, I was unable to see the doctor because of the rude and lazy receptionists. We are new to the city and liptakova came highly recommended, so I switched her to our PCP with my insurance and got the ok from them as well as a reference number that the insurance gave me so if we ran into problems before our updated insurance card was mailed the receptionist could call them and everything would get squared away. After the first time we were told there was insurance issues, I called my insurance and they said everything was good to go and they were unsure why the drs office was not seeing us. When I called the office back they let me know that they just didn’t confirm our insurance... so then we schedule an appointment to go back a 2nd time because my daughter is sick and needs to be seen and they say the same thing again and we’re uninterested in helping us correct THEIR issue. She is the best of all pediatricians en El Paso Tx. Respect to all DR's but Dr Liptakova is special and knowledgeable in all children diseases m treatment.

Dr. Liptakova and Nurse shirlina are amazing, they always go the extra extent to make sure my kids are well checked and are set before the end of our appointment.

Very unprofessional!! It's really hard to set up an appointment . Dr. Liptokova is not available, when ever my kid has an appointment we always are seen by different "doctor". I wouldn't recommend this place.

My son is uncircumcised. At 4 months old, she pulled the skin back to look at his pee hole. Not knowing much about this, you're not supposed to. Out of concern, I went back to have him checked because the skin is stuck behind the head. She pulled the skin back again to where my son jumped. I asked her to not pull it back because it'll become worse. Her response was to find someone else to see my kids. Besides the staff being very slow, I find this to be ignorant and inconsiderate of MY RIGHTS as a parent. No reassurance of her experience with uncircumcised boys. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is so unprofessional. They told me to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paper work since it would have been our first time. They wouldn't give me any paper work until the TIME of our appointment so we ended up being there for a total of 45 minutes!! 20 minutes before appointment and then still hadn't been called until 25 minutes after our appointment. And there were maybe 2 other families in the waiting room! Seriously. Who can expect their toddler or child to wait that long in a waiting toom when they aren't even busy!! They never answer by phone...

The nurses in the front can be rude at times, if they don't like their jobs why be there? and the waiting time it's too much. I attended today and the waiting time was 2 hours and we could see the doctor just walking around a couple of times. They need to focus more on their job and less on their talking and laughters.

Dr. Liptakova is the pediatrician for all three of my kids. She's fantastic and her staff is friendly and professional and there is never an unreasonable wait time in her office.

She has been my daughter's Dr for 13 years and we love her. She is now the pediatrician for all three of my children. Great Dr!

Quality of service has really gone up since she partnered up with Shirlina Gill. Dr. Liptakova has always been a great doctor but Mrs. Gill really keeps the administrative side of health running smooth.

An appointment was cancelled and my sons mother was billed over $300... THEN found out they placed a claim in on my insurance for $4,440. I didn't realize NOT seeing a patient and NOT rendering any services was so lucrative... How much would it have cost had he shown up? This WILL be investigated more... stay tuned.
