Dr. Rouvelas is the absolute best pediatrician!!! She has been my pediatrician since birth and I would never see any other doctor but her. She is caring, patient, kind, and empathetic. She has a special way of putting patients at ease and also has a wonderful bedside manner. Most importantly she is always spot on with her diagnoses. Dr. Helen is amazing! First of all you can tell she loves and understands kids, and her bedside manner is perfect. My 4 yr. old sat still for an examination (unheard of) and followed the doctor's direction with little coaxing. Dr. Helen's diagnosis and prognosis were on point, and she cut right to the chase. Georgie is doing so much better since following the plan laid out. I trust Dr. Helen completely with Georgie's care.

I have been bringing my son to Dr.Rouvelas since he was 2 year old..he is now 12 and has asthma. I would not change the doctor for anything, she is very knowledgeable, efficient and excellent at her job. There are times there is along wait but i understand because if a sick child, they have to be seen first! She takes her time with each individual and jas an excellent bedside manner. My boys love her and as i said, i wouldn't change her!

I call to make an appointment, and spoke with the secretary, and let her know my son is very sick and has bad asthma. I gave her my insurance she checked it and told me everything was fine. They had me sit there for over an hour - just to let me know that they don't accept my insurance anymore,the doctor was very dismissive and rude no consideration for my situ I would not recommend her to anybody
