I would not recommend Dr. Helen to anyone. My doctor retired and I had received a car she was accepting new patients. Called made an appointment and went in. The first appointment I was given a list of all the tests she wanted performed. I scheduled all bit one that my insurance wouldn't cover. She scheduled me for an appointment 3 months later. When I went in for that appointment she asked me "so what are you here for". I told her you are the one who scheduled this. She refilled my prescriptions and said goodbye. I received a letter she was leaving the practice on February 23. I called February 12 for 30 day refills before she left and she left February 4. NP is not comfortable filling scrips so I am basically screwed until I find a new doctor. She doesn't care about patients just cares about generating $ for bottom line.

Dr Helen Riegle is the best family doctor EVER. She’s a very caring person. She takes her time with you. She even takes the time to ask how our family is doing. I would very highly recommend Dr Helen Riegle.

My case is unusual, so happy to have Dr. Helen in our area for my healthcare provider. Love they now include telehealth as an option.

So my wife couldn't come and see Dr Reigle for a long time because she wasn't practicing for awhile due to issues with Marion General Hospital. And this was all to get her prescriptions refilled. She had her do a video call that cost 112 dollars and an office visit which cost 126 dollars. So 238 dollars just to get her scripts filled. My wife actually became sick because she ran out of one of her meds.

I had a TeleHealth Visit with Dr. Riegle and she was well aware of all of my records concerning my health and initiated things that needed to be brought up. She also answered all of my questions.

Dr. Helen is very attentive. She listens & is always concerned with our health.we have a name & we don’t feel Like a number. Her staff is awesome too. Thank you Dr. Helen & staff.

Dr Helen Reigle is great. She diagnosed me correctly each time I was sick. Fantastic bedside manner, she is efficient, timely, compassionate, and kind, as are her staff.

Dr Helen Reigle is brilliant, diagnosed me correctly everytime, was very thorough, timely, efficient yet gave me time for questions, and her staff mirror her character and mission.
