Dr Ong has seen my daughter since the day she was born. She is absolutely fabulous. The day my daughter was born she had a few issues and Dr Ong gave us her personal number so that we could communicate and if we had any question. We love her and we are sad to see her go.

Great doctor!! She passionately cares one loves her patients

Dr. Ong is a wonderful and caring pediatrician. She has seen my son since birth and always takes my concerns and questions seriously. She has a great bedside manner and my son always feels comfortable with her. She’s a great option if you are looking for a pediatrician in Erath County!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. She is awful! She is a bully. She threw threats at me just so I would cave and do what she wanted rather than respecting my decision as the mother of my child. She constantly talked down to me as if I didn’t have any idea what I was talking about. She genuinely made me cry every time she came to talk to me. My discharge day was half spent crying because she bullied me into doing something I didn’t want to do. She is very unprofessional. She makes me want to never enter this building again. If I ever see or hear her again it will be too soon. You are in a very emotional state already after giving birth. If you want those emotions to be happy ones with your newborn, I recommend to stay away from Dr. Ong. Otherwise she will stress you out and push every button of yours that she can get her hands on. The miscommunication between doctor and receptionist is ridiculous

We have been using Dr. Helen for over 3 years now and she has always been so good with all 3 of my children ranging in age from 3-14. She is always listening to you and always voices concern and always has a plan. I have been very happy with her and the staff.

See Dr. Ong for our daughter and I personally think she is awesome. She looked out for her health closely in the hospital when she was born and closely on every visit. Always answers our questions without making us feel stupid. Has also called us personally with any questions. Very good so far and feel safe her looking over my daughter.

I take my son to Dr. Ong and she is the best!

Dr Ong is a fabulous pediatrician. She has PAs working there who are also pretty good with my toddlers, but I also feel completely comfortable requesting to see the doctor instead of the PA

Where to start. My younger sister was brought in to see her for stomach pain. Dr Ong told her it was just gas, we went home to her pain getting worse. We took her to the hospital er and they careflighted her to cooks for a ruptured appendix. May of just been a fluke, but havent been back to her.

I've been taking my daughter to her and she never seems to even look at what I brought her in for. I've brought her in for a cough and throwing up and I took her to Dr. ong hoping for a relief or advice. After leaving her office with nothing more than a she's fine I went to the cooks ER where she was admitted and kept over the weekend. Since then I've switched to Dr. Miller and have had no complaints. Also, the staff is perfect. The problem is Dr.Ong.

Yes, wait time is not a problem. However, when arriving for an appointment, nurses are never there at the desk. I waited for while for anyone to show up to check in. Same as leaving, and you can hear them gossiping down the hallway, when they should be doing their job. Another note, Dr. Ong prescribed Flouride supplement without any explanation, and after doing research myself found out it is a known carcinogen.
