Dr. Helen Mussemann

Where did she go? Went in for a visit I’ve had scheduled for a year to find out she didn’t work there anymore. So upsetting.

I have seen Helen for over 20 yrs. She is down to earth and very personable. She listens n knows her stuff. I am sick to hear they quit something they truly loved doing. If anyone knows where they are at now, pls respond.

She is a exceptional Dr. I’m very comfortable when I have my Dr. visit with her quite thorough and pleasant I really love her expertise. Thanks Dr. Helen

Dr. Helen has always been very kind and professional. She takes the needed time and answers all questions. Grateful for the care I have received for almost 20 years now.

I have been seeing Dr. Helen for about 20 years. I was sad to see a review that Helen was rude as that has never been my experience and my daughter goes to her. My daughter had a baby at 17 and used Helen. I had developed a medical condition that recurred a few times. Each visit prior to and after the condition was always positive. She asks what’s new and how a person has been. She is quick on the annual exam but if you’re like me, the quicker you can get out of that position the happier you are. I explained my problem to Dr. Mussemann and she did an exam. After the exam she told me something she had found and treated me for that. She did not address my problem and when I asked her prior to her leaving the room. She indicated I would have to live with it. Went to another dr and they said no way did I have to live with the problem. She did not seem to care about the problem I came in for.

She is a wonderful dr and explains any questions you ask. Very punctual and polite.

Dr. Helen Musseman is HORRIBLE!!! She's rude, not sympathetic, and rushed my visit. I would never ever return to her again!!!!

She’s caring, friendly and makes an uncomfortable procedure, bearable. I have never felt rushed and rarely have I waited more than 15 minutes in the waiting room.

Dr mussemann is a wonderful doctor but every time I call the the office staff is very unprofessional and very rude

Dr. Helen is AMAZING!!!

I am here to sing Helen's praises. She has been my gynecologist for about 20 years. I have nothing bad to say about her or her staff. I have been seeing Dr. Mussemann for years. She has always been thorough and professional. She explains what she is doing and if procedures are needed. I know that I am always in good hands with her.

I should have said no when I was asked to see her instead of my usual ob when there was an emergency. She is the rudest doctor I've ever seen. I've never been spoken to in such a manner. I'm pregnant with my 3rd child and was spoken to like a child. I will never see her again.

Dr. Mussemann delivered my daughter 13 years ago and I have been going to her ever since...I prefer the no wait Ofallon office but couldn't ask for a better doc and support staff

I work in customer service and am usually understanding so it pains me to leave such a bad review for someone. But I urge you, avoid at all costs unless you want to be talked to like a 12 year old who got pregnant. My mouth as well as my sister's were on the floor by the end of my visit about my miscarriage. I cried as soon as she left the room. I've never felt more judged or disrespected in my entire life, and shouldn't feel that way when I'm 26 and going through my first pregnancy.
