Knowledgeable. However, she runs at least 25 minutes late and be dismissive of a patient's experience which is concerning. Also, she prescribed a medication without consulting with me about possible side-effects which is a red flag (I ended up returning the prescription). She did not give any other possible reason for my medical issue yet wanted to prescribe a medication? Where is the logic in that?

Dr. Kaulbach gives every minute of attention to her patients. Her confidence, expertise and communication is everything one could ever desire. I have had endocrinologic treatment since age 5 and I am delighted with the care that I receive from Dr Kaulbach.

Dr. Helen Kaulbach is an Outstanding Endocrinologist. She listens well to your questions and comments, and responds as appropriate. She makes eye contact with you the whole time she dispenses her medical advise and confirms them by repeating what she just said, then she puts it in writing for your future reference. I have been a patient of Dr. Kaulbach’s for 13 years, when I found out I was a diabetic. Since Beeing with Dr. Kaulbach, my diabetes has been under control, I’ve lost weight and most importantly, I feel great! Dr. Kaulbach is very thorough with her exams. She explains everything that she wants you to do. If you have questions, she will get back to you by the end of the day! She’s very personable. Had to have a biopsy for thyroid nodules and she was equally as comforting. She’s the best! ? her!

She is good, but has a problem getting back to patients who have questions and problems. I would not recommend her for this reason.

I already have recommended Dr. Kaulbach to my family and friends! She is kind and understanding. I feel my all my questions and concerns are answered. She provides informative and educational information. I feel that my health is in good hands under her care. So glad she is my doc.

Helen Kaulbach is an awesome endocrinologist. She treated me well and helped me understand my diabetes better than anyone else. The office staff was very friendly and so is Helen. I hope that my son, Gerald Keohane, gets to go see her because he is very confused by what every endocrinologist he has seen has told him. I am Gail F Wilson now living in Kentucky, but I highly recommend her. She is an extremely smart which I like that in a doctor. She's is also very easy to talk to and relates back at you in a manner that she is talking to you not over your head. She gets you very involved in treatment process and she insures that you understand your treatment process. Again I recommend her very highly. Helen Kaulbach is an awesome endocrinologist.
