He took care of my mother for years. He is an excellent cardiologist and human being.

Dr. Acosta Was very thorough with me and had great bedside manner! I would recommend this electrophysiologist to anyone and I am glad to have him as my doctor.

Told me I was (Vagal) and to take a PPI when I was having Ventricular tachycardia w/ syncope. Never looked my loop until days later and I had to go elsewhere to have an emergency ICD placed. In my opinion at least for the safety of myself I consider him a very dangerous provider- again my opinion... He's also very aggressive in his management - has a high level of procedures compared to peers... but whatever works for you! He appears kind, but will change his tune once there is a disagreement or complication. He will find someone else to blame- always. I knew him well- so VERY disappointed. This is not a reflection on the organization as there are several other good providers to choose from.

He is caring an takes time to explain your diagnosis ..Hes available an gives attention to concerns that might seem trivial but are important to his patients..Goes above an beyond what would be normal for other physicians...I am VERY BLESSED to have him as my Dr..My pharmacist says i have the BEST IN area..

I have seen other heart doctor's whom have not taken the time to explain my condition in a manner that I could understand and the physician always seemed to busy to deal with my questions. Dr. Acosta really took his time to make sure I understood my condition and showed great patience with mine and my husband's questions. He even drew us a picture while speaking which was very helpful to have a visual! I would highly recommend Dr. Acosta to anyone seeking a cardiologist! Dr. Acosta has been my family cardiologist for 3 generations. He is kind, caring and explains very well even drawing pictures.

Very dismissive of patient questions and concerns

Very competent and explains things so that folks can understand....he even draws pictures. Very pleased with his care and positive results for my husband!
