Routine follow up

Mr. Strough has been my primary physician for the past 10 years. She is very personable and takes time to listen to your concerns. She is very thorough and professional is all aspects.

Excellent. You have to be a good and informed patient to have a successful visit with any doctor. I’m surprised anyone would rate Dr Strouth low. Her nurse, Nicole, is excellent as well. Any post visit questions I have are answered promptly through MyChart portal.

Dr. Strouth is a rude, unprofessional and a cold no compassion person. She is too busy to take care of you. She is not helping the patient. Definitely I do not recommend Dr. Strouth. Please do not choose her! Be safe

I had two visits with Dr. Strouth where she basically did absolutely nothing to help me. During the second visit when I asked her a question she responded that she "was not going to entertain questions today." My eyes apparently got big when she said this and I asked for supervisor to monitor our discussion. As she was leaving the room to get the supervisor she said that she thought this would be a good idea since she "felt threatened." I asked her how she felt threatened and her response was because my "eyes got big." We ended up parting ways that day (supervisor offered a new provider at the same clinic). As it turned out I had two life threatening conditions (reason I asked her the question) which she apparently felt comfortable in not addressing in either visit. Thank God for the VA - they saved my life. It should be noted that upon further subsequent investigation I found that Dr. Strouth fabricated events in my medical record. However, she was protected by her clinic.

Dr, Strouth is awesome! Very pleasant and great bedside manner. The best.

Dr. Strouth provided the worst health care service I have ever experienced. As a patient, I was refused a transfer after request for 2 years, and I'm utterly disappointed in Regional Health for keeping such a hostile and unprofessional employee on staff. Strouth offers little comfort and does not demonstrate bedside manner in her diagnosis or treatment. Don't expect to have quality time to discuss concerns, or be taken seriously - she is a one foot in the room physician.

My son 40 yr old was in for a med change and I went with him. I'm his mother. She was so hostile and took it personally we were asking about effects of the meds. She actually accused me of interfering with her decisions. We were so shocked at how unprofessional and crazy she acted. I even asked her if she was having a bad day in case she had problems with someone before our visit. Nothing but hostility and her uncivil behavior was completely out of line. My so was so upset he asked to speak to
