Dr. Seifert has been taking care of me since 1997. With her help, I was able to work for many more years than I ever imagined. She is knowledgeable and kind. She keeps up with new pain management techniques and technologies. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Seifert is a remarkable practitioner! She takes the extra time to study her patients in detail to insure that she gets to the source of the problem. She is an expert at mapping where the pain is coming from so that she gets the medicine precisely where needed. She successfully resolved my mother's back pain when two other physicians had failed to help. Dr. Seifert's state of the art therapeutic laser is one of the finest in the city of Houston. Her laser treatments to my very painful broken ribs cut my recovery time in half and recently she resolved my chronically sore calf with laser treatments. Highly recommend her! I have been a patient of Dr. Seifert for in excess of two decades. I was a Deputy Sheriff injured in the line of duty and have incurred more than 24 back surgeries as a result. I am not a fan of physicians overall, and have no problem admitting that I suffer from “White-Coat-Syndrome”. Doctors make me nervous and my interaction is always tentative. Over the years, Dr. Seifert has time and time again proven to me in both her treatment protocol and interaction that she has my overall best interest in mind, both in the short and long term, when determining my best course of treatment. After relying on a daily regimen of narcotics to maintain a semblance of quality of life, one year ago this month, Dr. Seifert was able to successfully generate a creative protocol that allowed me to manage my persistent and chronic pain with alternatives to my reliance on strong daily narcotics and still function. Should my insurance or even area of proximity to her office change in the future, I would be very hard pressed to consider changing pain management specialist. Brilliant, effective, indefatigable, honest, sincere and caring.

Dr. Heidi Seifert is not only knowledgeable and focused totally on the problem, but also kind and compassionate. She honestly wants her patients to be well and feel well. As a patient, I am very grateful for her availability to talk about my concerns and medical problems. And her staff is wonderful! Truly!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN CALLING THIS OFFICE FOR A NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT!!! The young lady who answered the phone REFUSED to tell me what the next available appointment time is for a NEW PATIENT before getting ALL of your information! She stated the past images of my spine would have to be obtained before she could tell me the availability for a new patient appointment. I advised her they are not available because my previous doctor retired 3yrs ago. She proceeds to tell me, "but that doesn't mean they aren't available". I had to explain to her 3 times that I attempted to obtain these images and they are not accessible however, she continued to repeat herself saying the same thing over again! Excuse me, all I would like to know is what the next available appointment is for a new patient but, not anymore. If it is THAT much of a hassle with someone comprehending the images NOT being available, please offer a chance to have NEW IMAGES taken and not just repeat yourself as if the person you are speaking with is incompetent! Dr. Seifert is extremely knowledgeable. She spends a lot of time explaining the reason you are experiencing discomfort, and offers multiple options. Very happy with the services.

Dr. Siefert treated me in 2006 for pain. Her treatment was very effective however when I went back to see her she was off for maternity leave and I didn’t know who to see. So, I went back to my general practitioner and have been receiving treatment for acute pain, not for the chronic pain I feel daily. It’s 2020 and I am excited to go back to Dr. Seifert. I traveled from Idaho to Houston in June of 2019 to see Dr Seifert... She injected me once in the neck and once in the lower back... I have had absolutely no pain in either area since... Her staff is wonderful and you will not find a more professional, kind, courteous, and caring doctor anywhere... the 2,000 mile trip was well worth it... What a Blessing... Jerry Bonnell

i have been Dr Seifert's patient for more than 5 years. Yes, sometimes the wait times are long, but it is because she takes the time to talk to her patients. I have NEVER had an injection forced upon me; getting one has always been an option and my choice. When new diagnostics are needed she orders them. Because of the new medication regulations that are in force now I think it is difficult for pain management physicians in general to offer a prescription for pain medication as a first line option, especially to new patients. I am a retired nurse and would not hesitate to recommend her to my family or friends.

As a long time patient of Dr Seifert’s, I would highly recommend her. She listens, is compassionate and provides the highest quality of overall care. Her staff are always very helpful and efficient.

She takes a comprehensive approach and is judicious in prescribing medication and recommendation of procedures. I can discuss my issues with her and she bases her treatment plan on my areas of pain. Dr. Seifert has been my pain management dr. for 13 yrs now. She is amazing. She takes the time to listen to me, explain everything in detail, without using all the medical terms that most people don't understand. She doesn't just hand you pills and send you on your way. I honestly think I wouldn't be able to work, or even walk if I didn't have her for my Dr. Highly recommend!!

I had gone to her for years and her practice really started to deteriorate. The last time I was there to have a procedure something went terribly wrong. I was moaning in pain and there were offering me ginger ale and crackers. I will never go back and I hope that the Texas Board of Medical Examiners gets enough complaints to find out what the problem is. In the meantime, I hope anyone considering going to her really does their homework. The waits when I had appointments were around 2.5 hours.

Dr.Heidi Seifert has been treating me for pain management for close to 20 years. I do not know what I would do without her. In fact I am convinced that I would be in a wheelchair without her. She has many options for pain relief and is a caring person.

I have been going to dr Heidi for several years and will never go to anyone else. She diagnosed me when no one else could. She listened to me and ran proper test and discovered I have a rare form of arthritis. I sent family to see her and my sister carries the same genetic markers. It is a long wait but I respect that she is treating others the same as she treats me. She does treat my pain but don't go expecting her to hand out prescriptions. We gradually found the correct way treat my pain.

I was highly disappointed with Dr. Seifert. First, her communication with me was poor at best. During my visits, she didn't listen to what I was telling her about my pain. She would cut me off in the middle of the conversation. Second, I became much worse & have had difficulty walking after receiving injections from her. Third, she was nonresponsive to my request for a muscle relaxer. Fourth, when I asked for a prescription for a handicap parking placard, I was asked why I needed one.

I have gone to Dr. Seifert for about 5 or 6 years and I am a nurse myself. Initially I was very happy to find her and she did help me with my pain, but recently I have been very disappointed. I wait 1- 2 hours to see her, and then she leaves in the middle of the discussion and goes to see another patient. She called in a prescription for something we never even decided I would take. She can't retain stable staff. I'm afraid I will be forced to change pain specialists, which is a shame.

I have been going to Dr. Seifert for my back and knee pain for about 15 years. I don't know what I would do without her. I honestly believe she has kept me out of a wheelchair all these years. She is very good and has a lot of options for dealing with pain.

RUN AWAY! I have been a long term patient and I have had it. Heidi has gone downhill and is taking her practice with her. VERY Rude to her patients and staff. 3 plus hours to see you. Money hungry and lazy. Will not do peer to peer to help you. Tries to get staff to do it. Her billing system is a joke. Her good employees do not last because she is the problem. Lost NP Brandon and some great Nurses. Every problem I have boils down to her . She is not a good human being. Forces injections on you!

Dr. Seifert has been my pain management specialist since February 2004. I call her my gift from God. I was not able to work or have a family life until Dr. Seifert took over the care of treating my debilitating pain. She has rules for being a patient in her practice. But that's okay because for those patients whose pain is real, you don't mind following the rules. preformed wrong procedure only lasted 30 days used hospital out of network. claimed it was mistake but said was going to pay bill but has yet to pay. will not take my calls. hospital charging me for hospital bill. office staff very rude once they get copay. leave you in waiting room up to a hour before i said something. should of known something was wrong when there is no front desk person ask for medical records billing system like nothing i ever seen before strange!!!
