Love this office. The staff is so friendly and super helpful, and Dr. Shultz is just the best.

We have been using Dr Schultz for years. Staff is always responsive and courteous.

I really like the staff & Dr. Schultz! She really takes the time to talk and check! She prescribed an antibiotic for me... but I’m terrified to take it!!! I will try to talk to her about it tomorrow!

Dr Schultz has always been available to us. She listens, is concerned, tries to find solutions, and has assisted in getting medicines to work with our bodies when some medicines' side effects are difficult.

Dr. Schultz is a very caring, informed & approachable physician. So happy I found her when I moved to the area. The staff is excellent, too.

I came in for my annual physical. I had to wait about 30min past my appointment time. Which was super annoying. But...once I got into a room it was very efficient but not rushed. Don’t waste your time. Went there for a refill on my medication. Asked for an anti-anxiety for occasional use. I had to do a drug test first which took over a week to come back. After all that, they call the script in for 3 pills each at .25 strength. So basically I wasted 2 weeks waiting on 1 pill. I would have preferred they just told me no in the beginning. After was all over, I felt a little humiliated and insulted.

If I could give 0 stars and leave a review, I probably would. My mother's and our family's experience with Dr. Schultz and her staff have been horrible at the most critical times. For minor things, they've seemed okay. They have repeatedly told us one thing to our face and then do not follow through or keep their word on providing prescriptions, connections with doctors or hospitals. Given our family's vast experience with doctors and specialists, Dr Schultz and her staff are at the bottom of the list. If you need a doctor for minor illnesses, annual exams, and scrapes, she's probably fine. If you are a patient with more complex healthcare needs and want a caring, committed, competent PCP, I'd look elsewhere. That is what we are doing. Thankfully, there are many MUCH better in the area!

One of the best medical care practice for the entire family. Everyone at the office demonstrates professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and attentive to details exceed our expectation! Thank you for going above & beyond the five stars!

Very professional, friendly and cordial, empathetic and knowledgeable, prompt and thorough, with excellent communication skills. Staff is very efficient, courteous , and organized. They were able to get me an appointment within 45 minutes for a minor surgical emergency on the busiest day of the week in the midst of a very busy practice . It took me longer to drive to her office than it took to see her. Can't think of enough great things to say about her and her staff, wish I found them sooner.

Everything is good except refills take a while

I have had good experiences w both the DT and the PA. Waitin a little at times Getting refills promptly is the only complaint

I have been a patient of Dr Schultz for 10 years. She is conservative and does not over prescribe but compassionate and quick to refer you to a specialist if necessary. She can handle about anything that is in the realm of general practitioners. I trust her completely.
