It was great she took me on short notice. She is always there when needed. Can’t have a better PCP

Dr. Renner as always was attentive and personable at our visit. She had some great insights regarding my recent lab results. I value her opinions regarding my health.

So much has changed since my last visit about two months ago. My doctor, Heidi Renner, was - as always- very thorough and compassionate. However, it was apparent from this visit that the staffing in the office has changed dramatically in a very short time. The technical people were not available to do the blood pressure testing that I require because of my extreme sensitivity to pressure on my upper arm. What should have taken one minute for the usual blood draw took more than an hour because the office tech was not available. I had to go to another area of the building, wait in a crowded area for more than an hour, then finally have the otherwise very quick and efficient blood draw. Many of the staff remarked about the lack of sufficient staff. The person answering the phones in the lab waiting area was not very helpful to many of the callers, seemed overwhelmed by the volume of calls as well as the # of those waiting. Dr renner is an amazing doctor! She really knows and cares about you individually as her patient!

Dr. Renner is always a great listener in addition with suggestions which is the best way to go concerning my medical conditions. I'm always so thankful for her knowledge and wonderful mannerism.

As usual, I had a great visit with Dr Renner. She's always willing to listen to my questions regarding my health , and gives good advice and solutions in a very compassionate manner.

Appt kept on time. I can’t say enough about Dr Renner. She is caring concerned and is a good listener. She is up to date on current practices and is always respectful of my needs. I highly recommend her.

My wife went to Dr Renner feeling tired and exhausted. My wife's condition was aneimia and she was given a transfusion almost immediately after seeing the Doctor. Problem solved quickly and efficiently.
