I had an odd 'rubber-band'-like sound in my left ear for a couple of months that was really irritating me. When Dr. Heras looked at it, she found THREE hairs in my ear. Two in my eardrum, and one in my ear canal. She removed them and I have so much relief! I highly recommend her!

Dr Heras was professional and extremely competent—best ENT I have encountered. The office is warm and inviting—not austere. I highly recommend Dr Heras and her staff.

2 stars for kindness, but beware her cure all for head problems is a diet, avoiding all dairy and red meat. She suggested a few other issues but downplayed all of them. Expensive visit for a dietary consultation

Did a great job with my ears and gave really helpful advice. 10/10 would come again.

There isn't a better ENT in the valley. She is so knowledgeable and able to solve problems the traditional doctors won't. Have taken 4 kids to her and never regretted it!

My Husband has had an issue that needed to be seen and the folks here were not only able to get him in they were extremely kind. The receptionist was fabulous when he had trouble finding them and Dr. Heidi was very helpful and patient answering all his questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

I had a terrible pain from an ear infection and went to my pediatrician to get it looked at, they gave me an antibiotic and I then developed an even more painful infection in my other ear. I went to Heidi because I was in so much pain and the antibiotic was not working on my other ear. Heidi was SO helpful with my ear, she dropped everything to help me and I am in such a better place than I was. I will definitely be going back if I need help in the future. I am so thankful for Dr. Heras! I had seen two other doctors before seeing her. The other Doctors just threw antibiotics at my problem ear. Where as Dr. Heras got to the root of my problem (like a detective) so she could know how to best treat me. The compassion and care I received from Dr. Heras and her nurse Becky showed me that they really cared about helping me feel better. Dr. Heras is an incredible doctor. She has helped all four of our children from infancy with ear issues. Most recently, my teenage son was in incredible pain in his ears. After seeing a pediatrician and trying two antibiotics, Dr. Heras fit my son in on an emergency basis and worked a miracle. I just had the most uplifting experience by going to Dr. Heidi Heras. I was riding my bike and something flew into my ear. I called the office and they immediately worked me in – wonderful! Dr. Heras gently and effectively corrected my ear issue in a few minutes – amazing! DO NOT GO HERE!...unless you are looking for a homeopathic remedy. We took our daughter here because the dentist told us her tonsils were too large and need to be removed immediately. Dr. Heras told us we needed to remove all sugar and dairy and that would fix it. That was an expensive visit for a non-medical solution to something so serious. We went to another doctor and was told her tonsils were grade 4 and need to removed immediately. Anyway, Dr. Heras used to be the best (as I've been told by many people) but has since switched over to more homeopathic practices. I am okay with homeopathic practice but it needs to be clearly communicated on the website and to all new patients so they know what to expect. I would not have come here if I knew that was the case. It was a very strange visit. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment we finally saw dr. Heras. I explained to her my son has had a constant infection in his tonsils for over a month. After many rounds of antibiotics our family doctor suggested we go to an ent and get them removed. We went to Heidi who looked in his nose passage and the addenoids were so swollen they were almost blocking the passage. Instead of scheduling a pretty routine surgery to get them removed. Dr Heras is wonderful! We took our two year old to her because his tonsils were huge, so big that it was causing mild sleep apnea. He had no other symptoms though and I though he just had seasonal allergies... all the time. After talking for a while and getting a thorough health history Dr. Heras advised a diet change of removing DAIRY. That’s it. And it worked!!! It took 1.5 months but his tonsils are nearly invisible and the snoring is gone. And crazy enough, he hasn’t been sick in the 4 months of being off dairy... hmm, that’s saying a lot for a 2 year old. She is very understanding and because her own kids suffer with ear issues, she realizes that ear pain seems to always happen at night and on weekends. Dr. Heras is one of the best doctors that I have had. She takes the time needed to solve the root of the problem. She changed me and my family's lives by suggesting we change our diet, and said that if that didn't work then surgery would be our best option. We now eat many more fruits and vegetables and have cut down on dairy and the amount of sickness in our house has vastly decreased, and NO SURGERY! She is a doctor that is motivated by healing, and I wish there were more doctors like her.

She's super nice and took care of my baby girl right away!

My 4 year old had been consistently sick for months. The pediatrician recommended surgery, but Dr. Heras found out she had a severe dairy allergy. She has been full of energy since and rarely sick.

My child was not an easy patient. We saw Dr. Heras for ears that had wax build up and caused her pain. She kicked and screamed as Dr. Heras and her assisting staff tended to my little girl. I appreciated their calmness and professionalism. The assisting staff and administrative assistant were so kind. I felt awful regarding the way my child behaved and how it might of sounded in the lobby of Dr. Heras' office. Dr. Heras thank you for your patience with my child and giving her excellent care.

Dr. Heras diagnosed my family member with mild acid reflux. I found this odd after he reported years of severe choking episodes. Tonight he had the paramedics respond to yet another severe choking episode. Any doctor who doesn't refer their patients out appropriately or require any further diagnostic testing when they report these kinds of severe symptoms is irresponsible. Prevacid and a friendly smile doesn't help a man experiencing an esophageal restriction brought on by anxiety.

If you are a parent that likes real answers you will love her! she will empower you to help your family stay as well as possible and looks past symptoms to the real underlying issues. if you have had chronically sick children as many of us have that see a specialist you know some thing is consistently aggravating their system so it would make sense to look at every thing, diet, allergies, genetics all of it. She was the only one who cared enough to dig deeper and find the root of the issue. She is very thorough and reassuring, and her office staff is very nice and attentive. Dr. Heras and her nurse have called me multiple times to check on my daughter's progress and to give reassurance, which I am grateful for. Most helpful ENT of all time! I've never had a problem she wasn't able to solve by getting right to the root of the issue and fixing it! Love her to death! I would recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Heidi Heras treats the patient not the symptoms. She is one of the most thorough Dr.'s I've ever dealt with. She was able to help me and my son. My son has severe environmental allergies and since starting allergy treatments he is now able to run and play soccer without getting winded or tired like he did in the past. She is an absolute joy to deal with and I absolutely recommend her to everyone I talk to! She goes above and beyond to help her patients and has a genuine concern for their well being. I myself have suffered from Fibromyalgia for 12 years and IBS for the last 2 years. With the allergy testing she does through her office she determined I was allergic to dairy. Since cutting dairy from my diet, I have eliminated 90% of the medications I was taking for Fibromyalgia and IBS and I anticipate being able to be off of 100% of them in the coming months. After YEARS of suffering and other doctors adding more and more medications to the long list of treatments we tried, I feel the best I have ever felt in twelve very long years.
