Terrible! Doesn't care about the patients needs, just another name in her schedule. $$

I've delt with Heidi Clark a few times. And now I don't want to see her at all. She is very pompous, ignorant/rude, and has no bedside manner. If I could give no stars .....I would.

It seems like some times are better than others. Sometimes I walk in with a concern and she all but completely dismisses what I'm concerned with. Other times, she listens and orders tests. She can either be very good or very bad.

I saw this PA today and was not happy. I feel she did not address my concerns at all. I think she just double talked.
