Dr Bucking truly listens and understands life with T1D. Highly recommend her and all the staff at Bull Family Diabetes! The current front office staff are welcoming and friendly. Dr Buckinghams MA is knowledgeable and courteous. Best doctor I've had in my 40 years with T1D.

Everything meet my expectations. I checked in on line before my visit and was thanked for that. They were actually running ahead of schedule which was fine with me. Dr. Buckingham is the best. When checking out the front desk wished me Happy holidays. You have a well oiled machine at the Bull Diabetes Center.

I like the fact that I don't have to wait. I'm taken exactly when my appointment states.

started out ok, my numbers were great, then the blood pressure issue started. i tried to explain it was going down & she was intent on putting me on medication ! told her my primary doc was monitoring the situation & wanted it under 140 (top number) & the diab-doc said she wanted to see it under 100 (top number)??? she seemed argumentative over it ! i wasnt comfortable with the attitude when she said she was sending the prescription in and i could either get or not ????? i felt better when seeing her co-doctor on other visits ! i am consulting my primary doctor !

Dr Buckingham is awesome! She always explains things well and answers all my questions in a timely fashion! And the staff is always very good and take great care of me.

It's always a pleasant experience. This office is efficient, friendly, prompt. The whole experience is seamless & smooth, with very little waiting. The doctor is encouraging, answers questions, listens! It makes me feel invested in my own treatment.

I always value my appointments with Dr. Buckingham. She has helped me to stay on target regarding my diabetes and is always encouraging, informative, and interested in my remarks and questions.

I am always treated with respect, courtesy and honesty when visiting the Bull Diabetes Center.

Sometimes using the MyChart to refill a script gets confusing if there is a question to ask that the insurance company wants to know etc. If just doing a standard refill it works great only when some type of stipulation. It would be great if once reviewed a simple reply would be great!

Absolutely love this office, tremendous Dr Heidi & staff. Since coming to this office my numbers A1C are wonderful because of their care & Omnipump

My next scheduled appointment is with a physician/PA that I am not familiar with. It would be nice to meet and see who you're dealing with before you have an appointment.

This office is run very efficiently. Some one at front desk all the time, roomy waiting room, called back to exam room quickly, answered preliminary questions from the nurse. Dr. Buckingham came in shortly, friendly greeting, reviewed chart. Both of us were pleased with how things are going, she ordered blood work, gave encouraging words and sent me on my way! Front desk staff set follow up appointment quickly and I was done! I like that everyone is friendly but things get done without dawdling!

Visits are very quick sometimes I feel rushed

Dr. Buckingham is the best endocrinologist I've ever seen! She is thorough and kind but also extremely knowledgeable and an absolute whiz at analyzing insulin pump and glucose monitor graphs and reports to make adjustments to my pump settings. My Type I has been in the best control I've had since I started seeing her.

Stop trying to force the insulin pump on everyone. It is not a cure for diabetes it is simply and profit earning tool for the elite. I will never of my own free will submit to wearing one. Not while I am alive and well! You cannot make me do anything. I have the right to elect my own care.

I was pleased with the provider and her patience since I was recently hospitalized with an excessive glucose and rehab which extended for six weeks.

I am very pleased with this Dr. They have really helped me get my diabetes under control with minimal medication. That is what I wanted.

GREAT SERVICE!!!!

My provider of medical supplies was delayed in shipping my order, so Dr Buckingham went into their supplies and got me one to carry me over until mine arrived. That was extremely helpful to keep my blood sugars controlled, rather than waiting 3-4 days for the shipment to arrive.

I ride my bike to and from my appointments at the Bull Family Clinic the staff is very accommodating with parking my bike inside the filing area , so it doesn't interfere with anyone else's movements .
