Dr Archer injected hormone pellets in me. After the procedure I found out that they were put in the wrong area on my buttock. She charged an exorbitant amount of money and wouldn't return my calls

Unfortunately, they would not send me prices in writing when I repeatedly asked them to. They never told me upfront when selling all their services that the soonest I could see Dr. Archer was over 3 months. Then, they charged my credit card after I spoke to one person on the phone and emailed another and said not to.

Dr. Archer was amazing. I had done a lot of research on hormones and thyroid issues and from that research I had my suspicions that things were off for me. I went to my primary care giver and basically felt like I got the brush off; with an the excuse that it's just the aging process. Dr. Archer has given me hope that I can get back some of my younger self. I can't wait to start taking the prescribed treatments and returning back to the person I used to be!

A significantly decreased libido was my biggest complaint and I honestly thought there was no hope. I figured it was a psychological problem and even considered that I wasn't attracted to my husband any more. When my GP doctor continued to tell me for more than 1.5 years everything was OK, even though I had been feeling overwhelming fatigue, unexplained weight gain, difficulty sleeping, I researched and found BodyLogicMD and Dr. Archer. My original blood draws and urine test showed massive hormonal and adrenal imbalance. Dr Archer patiently explained all the test results and the reasons why I had been feeling so poorly. Dr. Archer was knowledgeable, explained my condition well and what is needed to help me feel better. So encouraged to find someone who understands my situation.

My first appointment with Dr. Archer was great! She was very prepared and had reviewed my information, but also asked for new and more information. I did not feel rushed, was able to ask questions and was given good explanations about my lab results and recommendations for getting me more in balance. The doctor needs to hire competent people to handle her office and scheduling. As a result, I was forced to look elsewhere as they rescheduled my appointment 4X and were woefully rude to boot. I finally asked for a refund on my test ($299), as I felt it was going to be impossible to ever see this doctor. To her credit, she actually refunded my money after I wrote a letter pointing out the inadequacies of her staff. I wouldn't bother trying to see her.

Heidi is nice enough and seems to know a lot about hormone replacement. However, the tests were over $2000 which I got to pay out of pocket in addition to the other fees you get to pay the office. Overall, one year of prescribing hormones has cost me over $3500. This also is a franchise doctors office and is very expensive compared to other options. My regular doctor is now providing the same type of services at a much lower cost.
