Great practice. Have to plan ahead for appointments but feel confident they could get me in quickly for an urgent concern. Don't like having to get a referral to see a dermatologist.

Doctor was great at explaining procedure, letting me know what she was doing, was friendly, efficient, went out of her way to schedule needed follow-up. Medical assistant and front desk staff provided kind, clear information and follow up.

Dr. Kwak is an exceptional provider. I've had dr.s in the past who didn't listen and dismissed my concerns, and Dr. Kwak is the opposite of that. She takes patients seriously and helped me to resolve some health concerns I was dealing with.

I was referred by my primary doctor for a check up for sun damage about ten months ago. This was the first appointment I could get. Dr Kwak was wonderful and if I had any issues I would definitely want to return to see her again.

She was thorough, kind and the follow up call on a biopsy was impressive.

I have a history of skin cancer. An appointment with my doctor was scheduled almost a year out and I had a growth I thought was a new cancer. Finally, I emailed the doctor with a photo of the growth. She had her staff get me scheduled right away rather than waiting a year. I am very appreciate of her! It is hard when it takes so much time to get into to see a doctor.

I could recommend Dr. Kwak if you do not need to have any sort of procedure done. I went in to have a tiny piece of benign skin cancer removed, and was told the scar would be minimal. Instead, I am left with a large and painful scar. They left the stitches in far too long and caused my skin to grow over them. I have been told the scar is "healing fine". I absolutely would not recommend this doctor for having any sort of excision performed.

Absolutely wonderful, this is the best physician experience I have ever had.. Listened and explained everything !!
