I am very disappointed and finally got the strength to write this review after visiting the office recently. l have had negative experiences with the staff and doctor before but continued to go out of convenience. The doctor will accuse you of not allowing her to talk because your trying to explain to her your concerns, she said l was getting mad, which l was not only concerned about my pain. l feel like she belittled me once again, yes not the first time. I'm done I'm reporting her to my insurance and moving on. The staff is very very unexperienced and under the same rudeness as the doctor, very condescending!!!!!!!!!!!!!! l wish l could of recorded the conversation. Please go somewhere else!!!! My mother has been calling them Numerous of times due to her prescription. Prescription was never put in at pharmacy so pharmacy did advised that I called my doctor. Nurse/front desk states prescription information was sent over March 2nd, we are currently in April, April 14 to be exact and I had to call once again for the front front desk nurse/Secretary to tell me they will leave a sticky note once again to bring to the doctors attention that a prescription for my mother is needed. She also told me that doctor Hedyeh is busy and behind on things. If she’s this behind clearly she needs help and her team is not assisting where they need to be. No one should be waiting a full week or 2 for there medication to be sent over to the pharmacy. Communication is not effective, as a customer if I am stating what the pharmacy is telling me action should be taken, not telling me to have the pharmacy contact them. This is a part of your job this is something that you should make sure that you do with all your other responsibilities. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. Horrible doctor, horrible staff, they should be closed down. The doctor will belittle you, cut you off, and not listen to anything you are trying to tell her. She will interrupt and just try to throw medication at you like she is paid to push it. I will never step foot in this facility again and have filed a complaint against the medical board. Staff is horrible and argumentative. After i had explained my situation and desperate need to see the doc as a new patient they cancelled my appointment for not providing my insurance info in a timely manner. Its so sad that they make it seem that they can see a patient unless they know they are getting paid.

She is always professional concerned with what my problem is takes time to find out what my problem is and not just write me a prescription and I appreciate her time and compassion

Extremely rude nurses!! absolutely not worth it find yourself a better dr.office Somewhere else !! When your not feeling well, obviously the last thing a patient should worry about is a nurse (representing the Dr) being offensively impolite-ill mannered nurse speaking to some as if your no One!!

I love my Dr

My name is victor haro .Dr Haydee Goshen has been my primary doctor for a couple of years already she is very lovable and caring and she gives you all the time that you need I highly recommend dr. Haydee Goshen to be your primary doctor

The waiting room is nice, the receptionist is friendly and the nurses are nice and Dr. Golshan is a good doctor who actually cares for her patients, even tho I had a lot of issues to discuss she still listened to everyone of those issues..i would like to stay with Dr Golshan as long as I can

Dr is very rude and not understanding of patients pain. Dismissed every concern that me and my wife had at our second appointment with her and then randomly walked out in the middle of our conversation with her. Will be switching to another PCP avoid at all cost!!!

I have been dealing with severe back pain over the past 3 months and was searching for a primary doctor to follow up after several visits to the ER. My initial appointment to establish care went okay, I described my pain and she set up a plan for treatment. During my visit she requested medical records from my ER visits in which she received from me. My second follow up appointment was AWFUL!. I explained I’m in constant pain throughout my daily activities and that some days I can’t even get out of bed let alone care for my 2 year old like I wish I could. I explained to Dr. Golshan that my referral for physical therapy got approved and I have a appointment set for following day that I set up as soon as I found out. Immediately I felt no compassion from Dr. Golshan. Her bedside manner was very dismissive and she began to say things like “people deal with my condition all the time” I have missed weeks of being able to work due to the pain I’ve been dealing with and thankfully my employer has been understanding. When I requested time off work for treatment plan she became very combative even after explaining I need time to take off in order to go to physical therapy. She then said things like “find another physician then” and she walked out of the room. I was shocked and felt a lack of care and understanding from this doctor. I couldn’t believe the way she treated me, I’ve never had a doctor walk out on me. I was extremely upset so my husband said let’s just find another doctor and we left the room as well. In addition to this, when I requested my medical records she denied them to me and said they can only be faxed to new doctor (most of these records were from ER visits and not even from her office) I immediately went home and called my insurance to switch my primary and they informed me she’s not allowed to deny my records. I then called the Dr. Golshans office back and told them I filed grievance and that my insurance stated I should be able to obtain my records myself in which they told me there’s just a fee. That’s not what I was told initially so it seemed like a way to cover what was told to me at first. I have no problem paying fee but I should’ve been told that at first instead of denying them to me completely. Overall my experience was absolutely horrible and I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. Scheduling system needs a lot work.

Horrible Doctor. Very dismissive and lack of empathy for patience. Rushes appointments and makes you feel very low. Made comments like “people deal with your pain everyday”. Told me to “find another physician then” and walked out on me randomly. No compassion for medical conditions. Also denied my medicinal records to me in which I had to file grievance to my insurance. Very disappointed and STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!

In my 2 years coming to her office I have asked her numerous questions that have gotten completely ignored, had xrays she was supposed to call back with the following day and hasn't (I had to set another appointment, I was still in pain and she never followed up.) She is passive aggressive and constantly makes assumptions about situations she has no clue about. If you refuse to do a procedure she demands a reason and then tells you why you're wrong. She is condescending and very pushy. Don't go.

She is very compassionate and caring. She really made me feel involved in my treatment plan and not like she was pushing me to do one thing or another.

Dr. Golshon is nice. But that's it. I saw her a a month ago and have no clue what's going on. She doesn't call with results. She doesn't return calls. I think she needs to try another peoffession. Save yourself some time...go somewhere else

I went to Dr. Golshan to get treated after getting treated in the emergency room for hemorrhaging ovarian cyst. She misdiagnosed me and also misdiagnosed my husband. She basically just googled my medications and made an assumption. She was unprofessional and avoided my calls after that appointment. Never again will I go to this negligent doctor.

Dr. Golshan is the worst doctor. She has no follow through, never fills my meds, never gives me lab results, and an office visit with her only lasts ten minutes. It is impossible to get any response from her, and the waiting time to have her do anything is out of control. Her staff are great and try to help as much as they can, but with a boss so careless, how much can they possibly do? It is sad to say the PA is much better than the actual dr, if you are stuck with Golshan, ask for the PA.
