I had one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with Doctor Hector Nazario's office...... First of all... employees that I dealt with had no idea what type of doctor he is ( poor basic knowledge of working at this office), it's very disorganize, lacks attention to details.... I was on the phone for over an hour... because most of the employees I dealt with just didn't seem to care enough about their job to even figure out who they work for and what kind of doctor he is... So my over all experience was very sloppy, unprofessional and I will never spend my money at this location.... Doctor Nazario is a great Doctor and he explains everything to his patients camly.

His staff is horrible. They kept saying they will call, but they will not. They did not send order for lab or ultrasound. It was very hard to see the doctor. it ended up to see the nurse practictioner.

Recently my mom went to see Dr. Nazario to check why her abdominal area has grown bigger after she had seen another doctor that we could not trust. Dr. Nazario came into the room with a compassionate look on his face that immmediately made me and my mother feel so comfortable, he asked my mother a lot of questions which made me feel that he cares and that he gives a lot of his time to his patients, he also did a physical examination of my mother’s abdominal area and told my mother that there are no masses that he can feel and he does not see that there are any symptoms of cancer through the questions he asked my mom yet because we were so worried he said that he will do a colonoscopy and an upper endoscopy just to further make sure there is nothing wrong. Dr. Nazario performed a liver biopsy on me, the experience itself was very positive. My issue was the communication he and his staff failed to provide after the procedure. I had to call myself to get the results of my biopsy, which I was told would be done within a week.
