My baby has problems with formula and we was late for 5 minutes for appointment because building was under construction and front desk inform us that doctors can’t see us! I think it’s unprofessional! I am not recommend this doctor and I will ask all my friends to write about this doctor and I will report him to insurance too. Stupid doctor

We had to call well past the test results being ready to get our results. Follow up was very poor. Didn't feel like we were given a lot of help for the symptoms my daughter is experiencing. He was nice but it was too fast of a visit given our concerns.

No good. Poor bed side manners. Didn't explain his findings. Wasn't going to see us until I demanded to meet with him post procedure. He scoped a patient on behalf of another doctor. Because of this he had zero interest in communicating with the family. Cold cold cold!!!!

Staff was nice. Ofice was nice. Everything was fine until this doctor showed up. He asked me a few questions and diagnosed my son as having too much juice which we already figured out from other doctors was false. He would not listen to me explain this at all. Very uncaring doctor.

Waited an hour to spend 10 minutes with him. He barely looked at my child or cared about what I had to say. He also did not review any test results our ped faxed over to him. He has recommended a procedure that I am not comfortable with based on his lack of looking at my child.

Was referred to doctor by my pediatrician who is in my network. After making my appointment and checking in beform my appointment I was never told that Dr. Hernandez was not in my network although he accepted my insurance. Even though other doctors in his practice are in my network. I feel his office should have told me this before my appointment giving me the choice to proceed. I would have found another doctor within the network.

I did not get any help from his careless manners and poor explanations and shot point of view; the presumptive diagnose I came with to his office was already given by a previous specialist, and Dr. H. Hernandez just sticked to it. I felt scared and unsecured with his lack of articulated explanations about the symptoms and descriptions I gave to him. I am a dentist and I know what I am talking about.I will change doctors and try to forget I ever met him.
