I agree with the previous review from Julie Lam, make sure to save ALL RECEIPTS, unorganized staff, they never call back, make sure to check insurance charges

Dr. Cervantes is very easy to talk to and has a good bedside manner! He is thorough and starts with the least invasive practices when trying to fix foot & ankle issues.I am very pleased I came to him. He is kind and caring. His staff is very supportive and helpful too.

This office is either disorganized, shady, or BOTH. They are the most disorganized staff team I've ever come across. I do not say this lightly - KEEP ALL OF YOUR RECEIPTS FOR PAYMENTS. My mom has not been back to this office in over a year. Yesterday, they left a voicemail claiming that they've called NUMEROUS times letting her know of an unpaid balance. First of all - she has not received ANY calls from this office Secondly - she has paid off all balances At most, I believe they are using a fear tactic to get patients to pay. At the least, their office is SO disorganized that they cannot keep track of payments. I called them back today to ask for details on the unpaid balance. The first time, they left me on hold for over five minutes. The second time, they hung up on me! The third time I finally got to talk to someone. The receptionist said she would send a statement home. After work, my mom visited the office to get more details only to find out that the "unpaid balance" was something she already paid. Luckily, my mom is a person that keeps all kinds of paperwork/receipts, so she was able to show them proof of payment. They agreed that she paid, but no apology whatsoever. Note that this is NOT the first time they claimed my mom had an "unpaid balance." I do NOT recommend you to come here - there are many other podiatrists. My doctor recommended Dr. Cervantes. Great staff, excellent doctor I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a good podiatrist.

Dr. Cervantes is a professional foot specialist who took good care of my mothers Lidia P. Rodriguez diabetic foot problems. I will always be so grateful and highly recommend Dr. Cervantes.
